Sunny afternoon here in northern Alberta at a work full of rough men, I'm a two hour drive from the closest liquor store, the lakes are closed for fishing for another two weeks, there's a forest fire warning and a bear scare, jeez whats a guy to do? You're in Manhattan for fuck sakes, walk out your door, sit on a bench and people watch, smoke some dope or something I don't know.

In between work and class, I haven't had a bored, unoccupied day in NYC in years.

My answer to myself or to others when it comes to boredom in any locale in any country is to go day-game.

Go to Union Square and day-game. If you feel tight, loosen up at the Continental with some 5 for $10 shots.

Go to the shopping areas by Midtown (Madison and Fifth) and Midtown East (Lexington) and day-game.

Walk around SoHo and day-game.

If it starts raining, buy a $2.XX metro-card and day-game.

Actually the most epic JJ Roberts story was the time he met an RVF member in Bogota at a bar, after a bit of drinking they decided to hit up another spot. As they were leaving, the bar tender came up to the RVF member and took him aside, out of concern for the guy's safety he asked "are you sure you want to go with that guy (JJ), he seems sketchy?" IN FUCKING BOGOTA! Merenguero I was thinking of stealing that line as my sig but I'll trade ya for the Dash one, unless Emech comes up with something witty. Oh ya Emech, the natives up here(theres a reserve 20 minutes away) can hunt and fish all year with no bag limit, the rules are for the non-natives.

Most of the guys on here are perfectly fine in real life. I've met a couple of bad apples, but it's amazing how quickly those guys ended up with lines through their names. From what I have read, though, JJRoberts was truly in a class by himself.

There are so many hilarious lines in that compilation that Soma put together, that I wouldn't even know where to start.
