Paideia, you are right but this seems to be a one way argument.

Never met the guy and dont really care about him one way or the other.

He has never met me either but he seems intent on making himself look stupid.

Normally when people try to play the internet hardman with me I try to draw them into a duel of wits but its difficult to have a duel of wits against such a clearly un-armed opponent.

This is old school and I've been depressed at the whole "Don't buy drinks" mantra you hear. There are good ways and bad ways of doing anything, including drink buying.

Understanding how to handle alcohol is a major tool in the box.

If you want to see this idiocy taken to a level far beyond what the PUA world does, go rid hip hop forums like Allhiphop, etc. The stuff on there is mind blowingly stupid.

The KEY to listening to hip-hop is to:

1) LOVE it for the music and the wordplay, but...
2) TAKE the lyrics and the lifestyle with a grain of salt...in other words...
3) SEPARATE it from reality and other practical uses

While you are in your hotel room alone, you can blast your hip-hop and/or watch the videos but FORGET ABOUT ALL OF IT once you hit those streets/venues in some international location.

I would beg to differ on that. The lyrics and attitude are great. In my case, that really was my childhood and younger life. As Onyx said "I'm America's nightmare: young, black, and just don't give a fuck. I just wanna get high, and live it up."

I wasn't very in my post, I apologize. I meant to say hip hop FORUMS take things like "no tricking", "no simping", etc to ridiculous levels. Guys that won't even tell a chick what time it is because they are "hard on hoes". It's a movement, ya know.
