"Oh wow, I almost decided to wear the same thing this morning." General purpose opener, for when girls wear crazy/girly clothes.
"What would you think of a guy with a murse like that?"

*It's probably the best one, but it may take too long or the girl is not wearing something as distinctive.

"Coffee Back" girl seemed to stump you guys. It think it's a harder situation than it looks at first, but it's one of those common scenarios you see every day. A bland comment is probably going to get brushed off, but too-cutesy a comment is going to come off as awkward coming from behind.

Samseau's basic line was probably the best of bunch.
