RE: College girl carries mattress she was "raped" on throughout campus
Wow. New York magazine. Attention whoring works! No wonder she's doing it.
BTW, does the "Penn State Survivors" sign mean that girls at OTHER schools are carrying around their bed-bug infested mattresses, too? Oh well - the chick in the middle is cute enough. WB. I wouldn't rape her, obvi - we're not what feminists say we are.

Ah, the beauty of modern America. Spoiled daughter of rich migrant parents somehow gets into the Ivy League despite retard-level communication skills, drops scholarly activities in favor of performance art, makes advertising an anal sex encounter the centerpiece of her existence ------->magazine covers and public acclaim.
RE: College girl carries mattress she was "raped" on throughout campus
So why isn't the victim retaliating? Does he expect this to just go away? If he has evidence that she's a liar and is defaming him, then he should be on the attack.
Scum like this don't stop until they are completely smashed. He shouldn't stop until her name and all those who support her, are associated with bullying, lying, defamatory cunts, rather than mattress pictures.
He should be putting in equal or greater effort than she is.

^He isn't retaliating because he is a male feminist which means he is either stupid or fucked in the head or both.
Here are my predictions:
-This fucking bitch Sulkowitz will not have any problems finding dick for the next 15-20 years despite that anyone who googles her name can find out that she is a slut who got fucked in the ass and then made a false rape accusation. Too many thirsty mothefuckers out there who will happily stick it in regardless. Also, some stupid feminist white knight will probably even marry her and be proud of it.
-The poor German bastard will never get proper compensation for all the problems he had because of the false rape accusation. He will probably stay a male feminist and never be able to swallow the red pill.

Quote:Want to score an invite to the State of the Union address? One way to do so, it turns out, is to turn a rape accusation into a contemporary art project.
Imagine the following scenario: You’re a college student, and you believe you have been raped by a former friend. You don’t want to formally press charges with the police—that, you say, would be “too draining”—so you turn to your university administrators instead. When that approach goes awry, and school officials find your former friend “not responsible,” you, being a media-savvy sort, decide to turn your accusation into “performance art.” This involves schlepping a giant, 50-pound mattress around campus, gaining widespread praise in the press, and publicly dragging your former friend’s name
through the mud.
...
What we do know—or at least what we are told—is that Sulkowicz, despite her seemingly boundless energy and her 50-pound mattress, is a fragile creature, crushed by any questioning of her narrative, no matter how incongruous it may be.
To truly pursue justice, you see, would be “draining.” It would take a great deal of courage and strength. That, apparently, is not what feminism stands for any more.
The Washington Post also commented on the latest twist in this case. The article itself doesn't offer any real insight, but the comments section shows that people are fed up with these kind of shenanigans.
The tide is turning on this story, much like the UVA hoax. We're starting to see backlash from the mainstream. Media who ran wild with the narrative, politicians who wanted to score points with PC voters and, of course, mattress girl herself all took this too far.
I think that by going this far, a reaction was created. When presented with the facts that are available, most reasonably calibrated women will look at this story and ask themselves: Would I react this way to such a brutal crime? Would I seek out this kind of attention? What if this kind of trial-by-media happened to my son or brother?
By taking this story to such extreme heights, the parties involved used up the good will and benefit of the doubt most people have for a victim, alleged or real. They're destroying themselves all on their own.

The fact she got invited to the SOTU by a fucking senator sickens me. Of course I doubt any of Gillibrand's voters gives a flying shit as long as she keeps saying what they want to hear and the bennies flowing.

As Rolling Stone’s in-depth article on UVA’s alleged sexual assault culture proves, when you report on campus assaults you need to cover every base, check every fact and get every account of what happened. Young was not holding Sulkowicz’s rapist collateral, nor was she shaming Sulkowicz. If Sulkowicz felt ashamed and uncomfortable with the situation she should have simply told Young as much instead of attacking the character of a journalist who approached her for her side of the story.
Young was journalistically responsible and other reporters should follow her lead. Just because sexual assault is difficult to talk about, doesn’t mean we shouldn’t. More importantly, just because stories about sexual assault can be painful for victims, doesn’t mean we shouldn’t report responsibly on the subject.

Of course she'll ask for privacy and accuse the media of harassing her too. Her story has collapsed and there is absolutely nothing she can do to change that.

Paul should quit being a pussy and just sue Sulkowicz for libel. He's already beat the ridiculously low evidence bar needed to kick him off campus. The fact he has messages and will be able to call the bitch and witnesses to the stand will likely be enough at least force a major settlement and get her to STFU.

I do hope that the German student gets a bloody lawyer and earns a few million out of it. Mattress girl's parents are wealthy enough to spare 500.000 to 1 mio. $ easily. Let snowflake now that questionable actions have consequences.
And let Columbia have it to in the vicinity of 10 mio. $ - knowing that the accusations were bogus they just tried to convince him to simply leave the college forfeiting a full scholarship that was based on meritocratic achievements on his part. They threatened that they would investigate. Even a male feminist like him did not want to do that.
The only thing that works with sheisters like that is this:
Quote:Pressler would eventually settle with the university for an unknown amount, and Finnerty, Seligmann, and Evans are thought to have received as much as $20 million each in a confidential settlement with Duke. If that is correct, then between legal fees, settlements, and other public-relations fees, the party on the night of March 13, 2006 may have cost Duke $100 million.
Let them pay through the nose. If I were a smart lawyer I would specialize in that field - not only is it lucrative, but you are literally doing God's work.

Been thinking about this a few days. This is a really scary mindset. The implication is if the issue is consensual sex versus rape there's nothing that would be able to falsify a rape claim after the woman made it. Scared of the guy? Raped. Friendly with the guy? Women who are raped can act strange, so raped. Always raped. We make comparisons with Soviet Union "justice" all the time but it applies here. If you're accused you are guilty, defending yourself only proves it.

It's scary because it's increasingly clear that as a man you're guilty before the trial has even started. And that they have an "answer" for every defense you could possibly come up with which (in their minds) only serves to make you more guilty than you were before.
The NYP ran an article describing how some of these campus panels are trained using documents that give advice like the following:
Quote:“everyone should be very, very cautious in accepting a man’s claim that he has been wrongly accused of abuse or violence” and that one indication of an abuser is that he will “act persuasive and logical.”
It doesn't get any more absurd than that.
We all want to believe that our innocence would protect us, but the truth is no amount of evidence will sway these people.
RE: College girl carries mattress she was "raped" on throughout campus
There's a story that includes an earlier high profile case of "campus rape" that was used as evidence by demagogues but on further inspection turns out to be basically full of shit, I don't know if it's already been posted. I'm not excerpting because I think you'll want to read the whole thing.
RE: College girl carries mattress she was "raped" on throughout campus
On the plus side, the Columbia student paper finally stepped forward and admitted that they've been biased and one-sided throughout this entire process, and that they did so out of fear of feminist backlash (http://tinyurl.com/p2vr84l)
Quote:I felt that if I covered the existence of a different perspective—say, that due process should be respected—not only would I have been excoriated, but many would have said that I was harming survivors and the fight against sexual assault
On the negative side, a fourth accuser just stepped forward, and it's a "a male Columbia student who identifies as queer and black" (http://tinyurl.com/pfs3v97)
This story just took a weird turn.

On the negative side, a fourth accuser just stepped forward, and it's a "a male Columbia student who identifies as queer and black," who claims he reported the incident back in 2011 (http://tinyurl.com/pfs3v97)
This story just took a weird turn.
First article:
Quote:Ultimately, the media does not know whether or not Nungesser is guilty, and due to serious issues with the judicial process, cannot rely on Columbia’s verdict. And while Nungesser is statistically guilty, that is not justification for the treatment he has received at the hands of the media.
Statisically guilty? I don’t know what that means—but at least Garisto acknowledged that the Spectator had indulged in “uncritical coverage” of Sulkowicz’s claims.
Statistically guilty - as in 1 in 5 fake guilty? WTF?
----
NY Magazine is not going down easy, since they put her on the front page:
Quote:Male Columbia Student Says Alleged Rapist in ‘Mattress Girl’ Case Assaulted Him Too
Seriously - they are trumping up a gay student, who was what - assaulted, raped?
Quote:The current Columbia senior, known as "Adam," was close friends with Nungesser when Nungesser allegedly sexually assaulted him in his dorm room during an emotional discussion in 2011, Jezebel reports. Though Adam says he reported the incident to a student organization they both were members of, he declined to file a Title IX case until fall 2014, when he heard Sulkowicz's story. He told Jezebel he waited so long because of "issues that face many male survivors of sexual assault — denial, fear that nobody would believe him, fear that even defining himself as a survivor would somehow damage others." His case is pending.
Quote:Jezebel also published Sulkowicz's annotations of Facebook chat transcripts and emails that Nungesser provided to the Daily Beast to show that Sulkowicz and another victim, known as "Josie," were warm and friendly with him both before and after the alleged rapes. Sulkowicz contextualized the conversation, noting that Nungesser was one of her "closest friends" freshman year. After the alleged incident on August 27, Sulkowicz's annotations show she was trying to be polite to get Nungesser to meet with her and talk about what happened. Once it was clear he wasn't interested in doing so, the two eventually stopped speaking.
She was polite and wanted to talk to him? What the fuck - saying "I love you." ???
Email from Sulkowitz to journalist young who published the "damning" article:
Quote:You are unwilling to violate the privacy of a third party, yet you are willing to violate mine? If you are only publishing conversations that you have both parties' consent to publish, I do not give you my consent to publish any of what he has sent you.
So she objects of course that conversations are going to be published.
Jezebel publishes some inane "annotations" which prove jack shit - she does not explain, why she says "I love you" to her rapist months later.
Quote:Adam, a current Columbia senior, tells Jezebel that he was close friends with Paul during his freshman year in 2011. One fall night, in the midst of an emotional conversation in Paul's dorm room, Adam says Paul pushed him onto his bed and sexually assaulted him.
Adam, who identifies as "queer and black," didn't tell anybody about the incident until months later. His silence, he says, was due to issues that face many male survivors of sexual assault—denial, fear that nobody would believe him, fear that even defining himself as a survivor would somehow damage others.
Adam filed a complaint against Paul with a student organization to which both men belonged. But it wasn't until after Sulkowicz's story went public that Adam seriously considered reporting the alleged assault to Columbia. Last fall, after years of agonizing over whether or not to come forward, he filed a Title IX complaint. That case is currently pending.
So now a black gay student was sexually assaulted by Nungasser. He is having a Czech girlfriend by now and he is supposed to be a closeted homosexual who has fucked several girls at Columbia? Why should he live that charade? He is no traditional Christian, but a feminist liberal, so accepting his homosexuality would be easy-peasy. And the queer actually filed a complaint? Really?
Slowly but surely having sex in the US is only safe when you are part of the Mafia or the mega-wealthy and any pesky rape allegations end up buried in the woods. The crazy bitches are making the sexual market place unbearable. The comment section at Jezebel is just fucking lunatic. NYMag is basically a mouthpiece for Jezebel and the student newspaper is getting cowed by the narrative.
The commentators truly said that the messages just prove that Sulkowitz wanted to be sociable. But they omit the fact that they actually met as well in person! This is bat-shit crazy!
I hope it goes to court. Men need to record every fucking encounter with women - but I guess even then Jezebel will scream and holler that you must not believe your eyes - her words 2 years later are more valid.
