I can't see them doing anything but settling before trial. Sulkowicz isn't on trial, so she has no incentive at all to cooperate with the university, and it's not like Columbia can say "Testify on our behalf or you'll never graduate" - they would not risk that in a million years. For those who don't have the time to read the entire complaint (or more specifically, those who don't want to, because who doesn't have a free hour once in a while), the main take away is this:

From page 52:

I hope this lawsuit isn't settled, because it has the makings of a landmark case.

I can't promise that it's never happened before, but alleging discrimination because one is male, has got to be a rare argument to make.

That being said, the facts of the case as stated in the first 50% of the complaint filing, make for a very strong argument that negligence occurred.

Intentional discrimination is harder to prove without insider witness testimony, so it would come down to the standard of evidence imposed by the judge responsible for the case.

It goes without saying that this will be very interesting to watch (if it doesn't settle out of court).

If this comes out the way we want it to, it will set the groundwork for future legal arguments that universities are intentionally anti-male environments.

Rape shield laws are bullshit you cannot get away with in any other area of law. Contracts for example, If I accuse you of breach of contract the court looks at our behaviour before and after the contract, how did I behave in similar contracts, did my behaviour look like someone who believed a contract was established? Basic shit really.
With rape shield laws a womans prior sexual history is out of bounds, her name is protected, and the entire investigation is slanted in her favor. Why any male would consciously choose to attend Columbia is beyond me at this point.

The university has proven wholeheartedly that it doesn't give two fucks about male students.

This particular episode could happen to any male student, and the university will traipse over its own policies and students rights -- as they pertain to the male(s) involved -- to protect feminist propaganda and its enablers.

I have banged a few Ivy League girls and I will be the first to tell you they were all nuts with a victim complex and drug abusers. All of them had bullshit majors, all of them did drugs to excess, all of them did everything(I mean everything!!!) freaky as hell in bed, and all of them were very proud of where they went to school even though they were bad in their chosen profession. They were all lawyers from top ten law schools, and none of them were above a 7 in attractiveness, also all were late 20's early 30's when I was dealing with them and they all wanted a relationship with me even though I treated them like shit and used them for money and drugs. All of them except one, ended up burning out of the legal profession and doing something else with their JD or going back into academia to teach. No bullshit, only Ivy women end up like this in the legal profession- all the dudes I know from the Ivy league schools bust ass professionally and are successful to some degree.

I never dated an Ivy Leaguer while they were young and in college, but Emma seems like the younger version of what I have dealt with as an adult.

Wait till you get to the drug abuse and group sex, that shit is gold.
