yeah wich means over reliance on Grab,speaking of Grab ever since Uber stopped operations i noticed they hiked up all the fares too.in some places they simply will not pick you up during rush hours.thats why having a car is a major advantage here.specially if you want to bring home a girl or you are simply too tired after a long day.

The dickhead taxi drivers want to negotiate 500p on top of the meter even for short distances and adamantly refuse to take you if you disagree or decline. I'm noticing on Grab too that the riders are taking a page from local taxi drivers and messaging you with "500 fixed po" or they'll ask you to cancel.

These idiots can't possibly fathom that someone could be in a hurry.

Here's how to get PLDT or globe internet installed. Don't apply online, it takes forever or just doesn't happen.

Find a Globe or PLDT agent and apply through them. They get a commission for each signup they get so are just as desperate to get your application processed as you and can expedite it. Your condo building will probably have a dedicated agent and if you can use them then you won't have to go through all the area coverage checks so ask your guards or admin office. They should have some fliers with their phone number. If not, just search on Olx or Facebook and you'll find some agents.

Never had anything like that happen. I've been quoted high prices but I just say no and they drive off. Never had any issue with a Grab driver either.

Can you give us some examples of what you've encountered?

Music, no clue but its been like this since I arrived in late 2015. Definitely gotten worse though. Vast majority strutting around with a perpetual bitch face or scowl. Nothing impresses them. A lot of guys claim they werent always like this, so maybe the rising economy went to their head?

Everybody is telling its easy to get laid in Manila, but few people say if they done this:
direct/indirect/provider game
daygame street/daygame shopping malls/online game such as tinder/bars clubs/night game
pros, semi-pros or regular women.

Not particulary difficult question, of course only for ones who actually got laid in Manila.

Manila is the same there are just way more girls and they are better looking on average compared to Cebu

One thing I always wondered on Tinder was what to say to filter out pros. My ladyboy sense is well honed, but sometimes I am completely unsure whether a girl is a pro or not. The thing is, if she is not and I ask directly then she'll get pissed and won't reply anymore...

I’ve got a circle of expat friends and I also worked with a ton of OFW’s over the years. I’ve also been to the Philippines more times than I can count and have spent several months there over the past several years.

The initial buzz of being there and banging new chicks all of the time has long since faded. I’m way more laid back when I go out.

I tend to seek out quieter places that aren’t full of western guys chasing pussy and Filipinas pretending they aren’t hookers.

Tinder is awesome, I got in one day around 100 matches. If Iwipe more, I am sure I would have more matches. I did only a bit. And some message me and say hi, hello, how are you.

However it is suspicious for me that on tinder I get attention, literally 1000X more than elsewhere, while on the streets and shopping malls with day game I get much less attention than elsewhere.

I would rather somehow modify my day game than using Tinder. I did not do pretty much any messaging on Tinder just experimented how many matches would I get.

I'll just put this here.

For the Phils, Tinder is my main distribution channel. It's absolutely endless. If you are a white foreigner, you could swing a dead cat and hit 20 decent-looking Filipinas that will cold call you in your hotel room and do the tube snake boogie.

For day game, have some business cards made up with your name (or a name) and fancy job title and your Globe/Smart phone number, whatsaspp number, Viber, whatever.

Walk up to the mall girls or wherever and tell them how beautiful they are and hand them your card and say you would like to get together. Some might not call, a lot will.

Then just enjoy the notches...

So on Tinder is much better for me than in EU, but really strange day-game is much more difficult for some reason.
