Leangains guys; have any of you reached out to Martin for personal training? Anyone doing the program? I am doing the Zone Diet, its worked pretty well so far, but now I am ready to ramp up my dieting to go more extreme with it.

I was going to run this Early Morning fasted program;

6 AM: 5-15 minutes pre-workout: 10 g BCAA.
6-7 AM: Training.
8 AM: 10 g BCAA.
10 AM: 10 g BCAA
12-1 PM: The "real" post-workout meal (largest meal of the day). Start of the 8 hour feeding-window.
8-9 PM: Last meal before the fast.

Six weeks after you start the TRT you will really be feeling like a savage a stone cold savage. You will be not be DimeBait, you will become DimeDomination the Savage. You will see.....

How long have you been using? Most people are not that enthusiastic about the drug after a year. You just don't feel right, if only because the constant level of testosterone is unnatural.

With all the research that has gone into Androxal, I recommend everyone try 25mg of Clomiphene every day. That will increase test levels for most men into the 700+ range easily. The stuff is cheap - a year should cost you $100 from India. You get the bonus of having huge balls and voluminous ejaculate. Oh, and you don't have to perform an intramuscular injection every week. It also doesn't increase red blood cell count (this is more dangerous as you age).

Gary Lineker - age 56 - even without his money and fame he would get laid.

He just stayed in great shape, but certainly had some botox done. Though that is not very expensive. Plastic surgery works best if you are in great shape, eat well, have low caloric intake plus full nutrient dose. Then small procedures work wonders.

His brother who does not color hair and has likely zero procedures done at age 54:

^^ Gary Lineker has mad game, he left his young wife because she wanted kids.

He has a couple of sons from his first marriage, I remember him partying with one of them.

His brother is doing well judging by the pic, the pose and smirk on his face tells the whole story. That would be the ultimate set-up, being a brother of a famous guy.

On another note.

I have been lifting heavy and killing the gym hard after my recent health "clearance". The stairmaster is your friend, it is a love/hate relationship but it is the best cardio machine in the gym. 20 minutes and I am sweating like a pig on a spit.

My libido is alive and well, I am going to hold off the TRT for as long as possible.

No. My understanding from others who have tried in recent years is that Martin is no longer taking clients. There's a guy in Japan, Andy, that coaches LeanGains. I connected with him when I was looking for a coach, but did not hire. https://rippedbody.com/

(04-17-2017 11:28 PM)Vaun Wrote:  Anyone doing the program?

I have run Martin's stock LG program to cut several times with success. I run his RPT lifting program year round and have for years. I also run IF most of the year. I am currently on a cut and running Martin's RPT lift program + IF (16:8) coupled with my own (more aggressive) RFL diet instead of Martin's LG Diet.

I am a morning person and have always worked out in the morning...until Leangains/IF... I had a hell of a time trying to run calorie restricted IF
after lifting heavy in the morning. Diet adherence in the afternoon/evening was a farce. Ultimately, I moved my workout to the evening (6-8) and eat post workout. Then pretty much to bed with a full stomach. This solved the late night snacking problem for me and is the only way I have been successful over time.

I have some (unpublished) LG resources, including a spreadsheet to quickly set-up the diet and a "Cheat Sheet" from a guy who hired Martin a few years back. Also considerable experience setting up and tracking. PM me if you want more info/help.

RE: Older Guys (40+)
Been on a Keto diet since December and lost 16lbs and about 4-5%BF. Looking to stay Keto plus add AM IF (feeding window noon-8pm). If I don't work out in the morning, it doesn't get done. I finish each day with an hour walking my dog at sunset that Fitbit claims to burn 600 cal. Will report back results.

Macros:
2305 kcal Daily Calorie Intake
25 g Carbs (4%, 100 kcal)
142 g Protein (25%, 568 kcal)
182 g Fat (71%, 1637 kcal)

6 AM: 5-15 minutes pre-workout: 10 g BCAA/creatine & coffee
7-8 AM: Training
8 AM: 10 g BCAA/creatine
10 AM: 10 g BCAA/creatine
12 PM: The "real" post-workout meal (largest meal of the day). Start of the 8 hour feeding-window
6 PM: No carbs after 6
7 PM: 2.5 mile walk
8 PM: Last meal before the fast.

I'm 47, 6', ~230lbs, ~19%BF. Goal is to lose BF while maintaining lean weight. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Vaun, I've run this program before with great results about 5 years ago. If you stick to it, it should work well. Be careful not to short yourself on calories. It sounds counter-intuitive, but consuming too few will stall metabolism and slow weight loss. I found it tough to get all the calories in a feed window noon-8.

Watched a great documentary last night, Homme Less.

http://www.homme-less.com

An older guy who was a former model, now turned photographer but lives on a rooftop of a NYC apartment.

Something stuck a chord with me in this movie.

I caught the movie at the halfway point, I will purchase it and watch it in full later.

What's wrong with an Rx?

Apparrently its much cheaper than V because its now generic, so your health plan will love it.

Didn't know if my Doc would prescribe one over the other. Anyhow, turns out my insurance won't cover the TRT gel, but found a compounding pharmacy that sells it at about $48/mo. out-of-pocket.

DimeBait I saw clearskypharmacy.biz listed favorably in the "Dick Pills" thread and it looks like they sell Clomid for as cheap as 0.25 per.

The discussion here has me curious about it since I don't want to go the doctor and injection route, but I'm going to hold off for a while as the Maca seems to be having some effect on me, I've been waking up with morning wood more often even if I had sex the night before. I can't think of anything else that's changed in my diet/routine.

Clomid is OTS, no need for a compounding pharmacy.

~$70 per 100 25mg tabs via mail order (India). Probably cheaper if you shop.

I took a month of my weight lifting.
Started walking on a regular basis - almost every day for 30+ minutes.

Also dropped girl #1 from my harem, after her being my pLTR for more than 2 years (on and off).

Started hanging more with my friends.

Expect to return to the gym at the end of the month, and to re-engage girls (holidays created a no-options scenario - being with my family a lot).

A few updates for the week;

Weight - 185 - down from 187 the week before
Waist Measure - 36", down from 36.5 the week before, and 38" two weeks ago. My professional BF% last week said 22%, because of my gut.

Diet/workout- Doing 16:8 IF, with 150grams of carbs on workout days, <100grams of carbs on off days. Trying to go lower carbs in general. Using Leanggains methodology, and weighing/measuring macros with a food scale and Myfitnesspal, staying within Zone 40/30/30 macros. Tweaking to lower carbs accelerates fat loss quickly. Doing Dan Johns 40 Day Routine with cardio(runs, jump rope, versa climber) thrown in. Just hit 10 deadhang pullups yesterday, that felt good.

Budget - Good. Under budget for April. Got a new pair of glasses, which I needed but didnt plan for. Not eating out. Packing my lunches, and eating less in general. No dating at all. I realized I spend anywhere between $300-$1000/mo dating. I like to party and drink cocktails and scotch, Im not buying dinners, ever. I realized that if I pocket this money instead, I could start traveling a lot more. At this point, I would rather travel and save money then party and get laid.

Areas to improve:

Side biz: no progress, focusing on full time work.
Reading: slowed down, I come to RVF too much..
Fap: still at least once a day. Need to get back on to focus.
Meditate: No, not doing it.
Approaching: no, but getting more IOI's lately.
Schedule: still all over the place, different wake up times every day, different bed times every day.
