Last night I had dinner with some friends. One of the attractions of going out with this group of people was a woman my age who gave me the green light months ago. I haven't made up my mind on her because she is my age and I'm looking at younger, more nubile conquests. If I am ever suffer my demise "in congress" I want it to be with a 20-year-old #9.
Anyway, I bring this up because another man we both know popped in for a few minutes and left. This man, older than myself, had the appearance of a skid-row bum, although he lives in a nice area and has money. My lady friend told me later he's been stalking her and she needs to put her foot down.
Why do I bring this up? Because as older men we need to understand there will always be competition. Always. In your 80's you will have to deal with other 80-year-old men orbiting around a 70-year-old woman. And, no matter how old they get, women will always have the options you don't.

Goddamn beautiful.

Earlier today I was doing some monthly shopping at one of those all-in-one stores (not Walmart) not far from where I live. Of course it is Christmas shopping time and so there were like 20 payment aisles open and the store was packed with ugly fat people that you only seem to see this time of year in the wild. The store was of course bumped up on staff, stockers everywhere reloading shelves.

I got my five things (package of razors, deodorant, toothpaste, shot glasses, and a bag of onions) into my cart and headed toward the front. It was jam packed at the payment lanes and I was wondering how I was going to insert myself somewhere that I did not have to suffer uncalled for and rank humanity. So I slowly went along, scanning for the best aisle... and then I saw her... tending a register. I noticed her blonde hair first and immediately thought to myself "freshly fucked farrah fawcett hair -- fuck yes” and then her gorgeous breasts hit me in the face -- from 30-feet away. Saying to myself “that’s mine”, I calmly but aggressively threaded my cart through a throng of shoppers, and not once said something rude like “move your fat-ass out of the way” or snarled.

I got into her lane, with one person ahead. I was thinking: “what the fuck, all the other lanes are like five-shoppers deep with all manner of Christmas presents and crap.” Then the cashier walked her perfect body away toward the service desk. I said a prayer in thanks for the chance to fully comprehend her gorgeous form. Apparently, the woman ahead of me, who smiled at me as I got in line, was having a problem with her new chip credit card. I said to her that I’ve been seeing a lot of problems with those lately and she replied that this was the first time that she was required to use it. Ho hum. Of course, I was thinking if I should use one of my chip cards when my time came to further whatever I was going to do when I had the cashier's attention.

Fast forward past the ugly dyke manager who commandeered the register when she saw that the pretty one was not attending it. Well, nearly fast forward past that. After the dyke figured out what was going on she called for the Number 7 lane attendant by name on the intercom: “Alice, please return to your station.” And I thought to myself with glee, “yes, I am indeed falling down the rabbit hole on this one.”

Of course, I was tracking the pretty one all the time and knew right where she was at the head of the store. As she was walking back to her register, looking somewhat confused about why she was called, she saw me looking at her. As soon as we locked eyes, she looked down and away and then back again and then quickly to her manager. All the while, as she got closer and closer, and more and more into focus, I was thinking “This is a child of Zeus. She has the blood of God in her.” And then I realized that she was not wearing makeup. All of her colors, even under the harsh florescent light that makes people look like they are on operating tables of agony, were essentially intact and glowing of her own vibrant will.

The matter was settled with the woman ahead of me and I finally was able to get down to business and buy my junk. The dyke left and the pretty one started to scan my items without looking at me. I kept furiously asking myself how old this goddess was, running over calculations in my mind at hyperspeed about the corp that owns the store, child labor laws, if she has somehow retained an under-eighteen visage into her low twenties, and how hard I should drive, or not, this crazy train.

Finally, on the third item, she looks and me, and of course I am looking right at her, and she says “hi” and we briefly lock eyes, but she looks away with slightly confused eye-brows… and I am just laughing inside, and trying to suppress a smile. My hardon, that was building from the moment I saw her, boned out right there. I didn’t even care if the old ladies behind me saw me adjust myself. So I said “hi” back to her and she seemed to remember what she was supposed to say.

“Did you find everything you were looking for?”

“Yes,” I said. “And then some.”

When she got to my twelve-pack of Michelob Ultra (goddamned low carb shit), she said she had to see proof of my age -- still not really looking at me directly. She was mostly flutter-looking at me from behind her hair… which of course just made my heart sing stronger and my boner grow longer. Normally, and with a lesser being, I would say something about the number of grey hairs on my head making that question moot, but some awesome god of lust took me over and I said to her: “I’ll tell you my age if you tell me yours. I’m 46.” Then she looked at me and we locked eyes. She blushed and tried to look away and then finally did. I handed her my license and she scanned it… bending down some to where I could see down her shirt a bit into the cleavage of her heavenly chest. She put down the scanner and gave my license back, saying “I’m seventeen” while adjusting her bra (or something). Inside, I called out to the heavens: “Holy God of FUCK!”

The rest was just banter because I don’t do chicks under eighteen. But next year (and I did get her birth month, strangely)…. the scopes are on about that pretty one.

I love reasons to live.

I am an official member of this thread now having turned 40 a few weeks ago. I have to say it has been a hell of a run, especially in my 30s when Game just seemed to get easier. I capped off the last night in my 30s with a cute 19 year old.

Shout out to Octavian and Cobra for celebrating my 40th in style in Chicago.

It seems to get easier distinguishing myself from men in my cohort.

Just some stream of conscious writing from a 44 y/o during the time of holidays. This is a great forum, but it is also the internet.

Just an educated observation. There are guys here who are actual runway models, or multi, multi millionaire. I think one guy hear owns a personal jet. But the majority here are seeking more answers rather than giving advice.

Not too many 40+ y/o guys here rolling in prime time poosy. Not unexpected. That the real life. Are there some. Of course. Like I mentioned above. Some guys here are super good looking, some are super cool with a social circle of cool edgy fun friends including top notch girls. All fine. I accept that.

Most of us are getting laid. This is not the 18 y/o virgin forum. Most of here want to find 1 or maybe 2 super cool hot GF, LTR, wife.

Even my cool, good looking friends who have good looking wives snag them during their prime. When he is 30ish.

Maybe I am just not good looking enough, cool enough, young enough to get the caliber of the girl I want. Just that nagging doubt. At the same time I also feel that awesome girl is just, barely out of reach. I just need that fire, that motivation, just hustle 110% and I will find her.

I call it this the danger zone. Yes maybe you've lost 1/2 step. Maybe not. But the 40+ is more at peace but also not desperate and hungry like the young guys. That is the danger. It is that irrational horniness of the young guys that really gave them the edge.

In your 40s you can still find that desire and hold on to the belief that you can get a top notch girl. But you have to dig deep. Once you slip into your 50s with higher hurdles and lower motivation, the only answer my be SEA.

North America is uber competitive for dating young "desirable" women, I am in my late 40s and luckily don't look it.

I think SEA is my very last resort, I can still do damage in most of Europe.

Gym or some sort of vigourous exercise is a must, get the heart rate up and increase testosterone.

I've read that not eating meat would make you look younger.
I've heard that the contracts with models stipulate forgoing meat, I guess, to look younger (better).
I try to minimize meat intake, and some people say I look a decade younger (I'm 44).
So, this is one of the strategies, besides exercising.
But I guess a minus in this case is it can make you less aggressive.
Another pluss is it helps considerably in losing extra weight.

The best things men over 40 and really all ages in general should be doing to stay strong and attractive are:

A diet high in protein, (yes meat!) good carbs and good fats
Get at least 7-8 hours of sleep a night
Regular heavy weight training
Don't smoke
Minimize drinking alcohol and drink lots of water
Find your non game passions in life and pursue them first and foremost
Get your style and grooming on point

You want to look younger?
No sugar.
No grains.
Drink plenty of water.
Get 7-8 hours of sleep a night.
Drink in moderation.
Don't smoke.

I don't consume much red meat, I wouldn't be so quick to knock the meat less lifestyle unless you have tried it. In the summer I buy good quality non-hormone steaks and the difference is very notable in comparison to the supermarket quality meat.
I won't preach about what meat does to your system, you can do the research.
Sugar is my drug that I need to kick, damn peanut brittle tastes so good.

Im over 50 and am still hooking up with late 30s early 40s year olds. I do very well $$ and have an interesting career which im sure 99.9 percent of women I meet are like interested if I tell them. I am 42 German/Turk. I am kind of doing what Roosh plans to doing. I am kind of a MGTOW guy or better an Epicurean guy. Freedom was always more important than girls for me and I worked strategically for this though I always tried to hone my flirtation skills as well but I also did some major breaks with girls when the environment did not fit.

The time I spend following my philosopy/hobbies were priceless. It made me immun against the calls of the Sirens (energy sucking girls) and other negative stuff. That is specially important now here in the Philippines where temtation and degeneration goes hand in hand with many guys.

For me minimalism and being frugal were always important. That was one of the main elements that helped me to come to where I am at. The other was discipline to earn money though I was not a workoholic in any way. I still tried to lead a balanced life.

One thing I like in my place here in the Philippines is that I can go dancing almost everyday and have fun. So I feel young again like in my Disco times back then. So I can say: Everyday I am shuffeling.
