Yes, it is underground. I'd recommend to buy Bayer Schering testoviron from pharmacies in Bangkok and never other brands.

Sustanon is hard to manage since it contains different test esters. I would strongly stop injecting myself with that.

I have two different injection protocols depending on my needs:
1) 125 mg test e every 3.5 days
2) test p every day or every other day

Most pharmacies in Thailand sell fake stuff in case you have never bought from them before. Unless you know which pharmacy to buy from, chances are you will not be getting legit stuff. You can even buy trenbolone there. There's no pharma grade trenbolone but they will call it pharma grade lol.

Week 3 of test blast. 400mg test cyp, 400iu HCG, 3mg adex

-Finished the week still doing Leangains recomp/cut(ish) macros. Shaved my chest and realized my abs are quite visible.

-Strength is steadily going up every workout

-Lost another pound and a half on the scale. Stomach is looking flatter in clothes, while everything else is popping more-shoulders and forearm veins especially

-A few zits on my shoulders, back, chest and face. Nothing really bad at all. No gyno, no more e2 symptoms. Some grouchiness during the week but probably unrelated to testosterone. Very pleasantly surprised and happy to say that I've had no other side effects so far. Sleep is fine most nights.

-Since I'm fairly happy with my leanness and I want to take full advantage of the blast, I'm switching to a lean bulk for the remaining 7 weeks of my cycle. I'm still going to train 3x/week because I want to go to BJJ on the other days. Will be doing high intensity Leangains-style training for a base, but adding in more volume work for hypertrophy. It's not super ideal but I think it will work really well for strength and size.

-Overall very pleased with the progress so far. Very excited to train more for size now and see what will happen.

Got my first lab done ever. I'm 31, fairly lean and workout a good amount. Eat well but do drink quite heavily.

314 total testosterone.

Not good as the normal range starts at 300. I suspected so. Barely ever get morning woodies, etc.

Waiting for 'free testosterone' results still.

Have a referral to a specialist. I think I may consider TRT.

Any thoughts anyone?

I suspect that dental fillings affect endocrine system for men. As a result, you have low test. You may want to check with biological dentists to replace the fillings with a safer material.

Week 4 of test blast; 400mg test cyp, 200iu HCG, 2mg arimidex

-Weight is hovering around 200lbs @ 5’9”. So about 6lbs gained...in like 2 weeks. Crazy.

-Acne! Breaking out on my shoulders and back. No access to tanning bed anymore so I hit pacific beach and got toasted for 90 min.

-Libido is odd. I’m fuxking 2-3 days per week, 2x per session like the man. Sometimes it takes a longer time to get hard tho. Also, masturbating takes way more effort to finish, even with porn. I need to get labs done to see where my E2 is.

-No other sides at this time.

-Recovery in the gym is feeling lightning fast. Even though I’m doinf HIT and lifting to failure MWF I feel like I could do more. Too bad work schedule precludes it, and BJJ is a priority.

-I am now an XL in most shirts. Legs are my weakest body part by far, but even there I am seeing more quad and hamstring definition.

-From what I’ve read, week 5 of a blast is when things really kick in. Everything is going well so far.

Week 5 of test blast; 400mg test cyp, 400iu HCG, 0.5-1.0mg arimidex

-I chalked up my low libido to crashed E2. Based on my lower-end first-cycle dose of T, I believe 2mg/wk of adex was way too high. So I skipped my last dose, doubled HCG and my libido is back very strong!

-Acne is sort of under control, although my skin is kind of rough/blackheadish on the back and shoulders. Still no gyno symptoms at all, but with a lowered adex dose I'll be on the lookout.

-Bloods getting drawn today before today's T injection

-My training is MWF alternating upper and lower body, with upper body having an A/B workout with preferences on shoulders/chest/lats/forearms depending on the day. Despite (or because of) the long gaps between like workouts, my lifts are going up every single workout. Benched 265 for 6 reps yesterday and shooting for 275x5 next time, which will be a lifetime PR.

-Weight is around 197, despite eating close to 4000 calories per day. Only doing BJJ 4ish hours this week due to work and social life. Protein intake is 210-250g this past week. Think I could increase protein/overall cals and overall training volume. Recovery is no problem at this point.

-I'm sort of sad that I'm halfway through my cycle! At this rate I know I'll make good gains in 5 more weeks but I'm already thinking about what I'll run next time. Overall I'm pleased so far and pleasantly surprised at my low amount of side effects.

-Weight is around 200lbs now at 5'9. For a total weight gain of around 7lbs in 6 weeks. Overall a little disappointed after reading others gains on 400mg/week. I think my training volume has not been enough. So I'm going to add in a 4th day of training every week to hit every body part twice.

-Acne is getting pretty bad. Bloods came back with total T @ 1100ng/dl and E2 around 42pg/ml, making both "high" but only slightly out of normal range. I thought my total T would have been a lot higher than 1100. Makes me want to stack and increase T dosage for next cycle. No gyno. Libido is good but I had trouble finishing during round 2 last night. I could also just be getting bored with my main girl.

-Arms are measuring with about 1/4" increase in size. Strength gains in all lifts every week.

-With only 4 weeks remaining I'm going to increase the dosage to 450mg/week. Not a huge leap but I want that extra push towards the finish line.

-Still at 4,000kcal/day, 250g protein and at least 2 servings of veggies per day. I'm eating out way too much and spending a lot on pre-prepared food to save time.

When I was on cycle, 500mg a week I was training 6 days a week. Even off cycle I train 6 days a week but I recover very quick, I was doing a bodybuilding split. I am not sure if 4 days a week is enough but you should listen to your body.

While on 500mg a week my levels were 10x the normal high levels. Maybe your stuff is under-dosed. Usually with mid way blood work people readjust their dosages in case their stuff is under-dosed especially if your stuff comes from an underground lab.

I didn't read how long your whole cycle was but my first was 12 weeks.

Maybe try adding a AI into your stack, I was using arimidex

Just to be clear, you're saying your levels were in the neighborhood of 8,500ng/dl on 500mg of testosterone?

1100 does strike me as low for your point in the cycle checkmat.
I haven't done bloods for my stage of my cycle but a buddy at roughly the same stage as you did a blood test recently and his results came back as >1500 ie: way over any normal sample range.

I'd guess the acne is likely due to the fluctuations you've been having in your E2 levels, given that you mentioned accidentally crashing it with your AI dose previously.

I've read of quite some guys who take low-dose accutane (10-20mg ED to control any breakouts that have already occurred, 10-20 E3D or so to maintain clear skin) on cycle to manage the acne sides. Accutane gets a deservedly dangerous rap at the doses it's prescribed at by dermatologists (something like 80mg ED for months at a time), but I've not read of anyone getting any sides beyond dry lips at the doses I mentioned, although always good to keep track of lipid values just in case your body is sensitive to the stuff. Definitely do your own research and confirm things for yourself though, since accutane use definitely needs to be taken very seriously considering the sides at higher doses.

Also full disclosure- I'm 100% a natty DYEL, not gonna be hopping on anytime soon but find the topic interesting. Everything I do know I've learnt from lurking the r/steroids subreddit over on reddit- there's plenty of great info there and they have a pretty chill community, would recommend checking it out.

Your testosterone is extremely low for such dose, gear is bunk.

Your testosterone is extremely low for such dose, gear is bunk.

There is definitely something up with the gear. My TT is more than it was on straight TRT so I'm sure there is some real testosterone in there but I don't think its 250mg/ml like it's supposed to be. That and the insane injection pain and swelling after every time I use it...Something ain't right. Will be going with a different source in the future.

Week 7 of T blast; 450mg test cyp, 400iu HCG and 0.5mg adex/week

-Weight hovered around 202 for a bit but now is steady at 200lbs. This is on 4,000kcal/day so going to have to kick that up with more carbs. Food is easily the most expensive part of all of this.

-Acne is still bad.

-Even though weight is steady, I think I'm having a recomp effect. Abs are looking halfway decent for all of the eating I've been doing, but strength and arm size is going up. There is no way I could eat this way normally and not get fat. I'm pretty much eating whatever the fuck I want at this point.

-Libido's good. Nothing much else to report on.
