My college restricts smoking to a network of gazebos spread out along the outer borders of campus. I've turned up my gazebo game recently. Generally the same girls come out to smoke at about the same times each day, almost always alone, so it's easy to designate and prioritize targets over time. Also, in my experience chicks who smoke are usually easier to bang.
