Started really gaming hard the end of last year. I have a small team formed but it seems that girls fly off the rails a lot.

Yes this happens all the time. A good harem in my experience lasts usually only a few months at best before a partial or full collapse. Keeping 2 maybe 3 girls long term on and off isn't bad. Keeping 4+ girls at once happy, interested, and drama free for long periods is asking alot. That's why we are always going after fresh prospects.

I agree, however OP should set his boundaries early on. I think this is a case of him failing to do so. All the girls I've dated non-exclusively have been told I don't really like PDA.
