Sometimes, yes, it might feel like a waste, sometimes it's worth it.

It comes in waves, just like game fatigue.

But I have it down to a system to where I open, number, get a selfie, see there schedule, strike while the iron is hot, demote girls who don't respond, delete those who don't reply to restart texts.

I have 2 accounts on the same phone with plenty of matches, it's always slow in the beginning, have some patience, then you have some hot streaks, especially if you don't swipe every single day.

Quick question: Does anyone else here share my opinion that the idea of a "natural" is somewhat disingenuous - that it's often more "nurture" than nature. I mean, sure, some people are quicker at learning certain skillsets than others, but when I look at the skills people say I'm "naturally" good at (e.g. math) I see a repeated pattern in that they're all things I gained positive experience in at an early age, allowing me to reinforce them with years of practice and the occasional flash of insight. Much of that initial positive experience was from being lucky enough to encounter constructive conditioning at an early age, and being continuously rewarded with success.

For example, when I was eleven I felt inspired by reading a biography of Newton, which motivated myself into studying math independently. I ended up being the best math student in my shitty little middle school in Florida, which wasn't impressive, but made me feel as if I had a "gift," when in retrospect I just had a lot of low-hanging fruit to easily pick that made me more confident in my abilities.

I wonder how much of a "natural" player or 'alpha' I would be right now if I started exploring game when I was that young.

I think Heartiste had a post a while back suggesting something similar to what you're saying: that most "naturals" became that way via a positive feedback loop, where early success with women created a strong foundation for their confidence/inner game, which in turn further enhanced their abilities and paved the way for future success.

I'm inclined to agree with the theory. The few naturals I know all started off with some combination of good genes (height/looks), intrinsic status (becoming captain of the football team), and/or having numerous opportunities to hit on women (rushing a top-tier fraternity, working as a bartender, etc.).

That's not to say that some guys aren't simply born with charming/outgoing/cocky personalities that are more conducive to picking up women. But I imagine anyone who's been getting laid consistently, with hot girls, without any proper game knowledge, has gotten to that point because of early success compounding on itself.

Depends on the situation. In my experience the sooner she says this, the more likely she is to change your mind.
