I've read up a bunch on Phenibut as a result of this thread and I placed an order last week for a 100g supply. I can see how it does increase your willingness to be talkative, although I am naturally outgoing so I don't really have a problem with this anyway. In terms of how it actually makes you feel, I had rushes of what I would describe as a light ecstasy feeling from about 2 hours after ingesting to about 10-12 hours after ingesting.

I dosed 1.5 grams, waited 2 hours, dosed .5 grams, waited 3 hours and then dosed 1 gram more. All in all, I would recommend Phenibut to anyone who suffers from mild anxiety or who has a problem speaking with strangers or in front of a crowd. I don't have any of these problems but I am interested in certain mind-altering substances, to an extent. For legal highs, Kratom in my opinion is much better but that could be due to the fact that I prefer the downer feeling to uppers.

I would give Phenibut 3 out of 5, because you get all the benefits of uppers, increased sociability + increased sex drive, more energy, etc. with none of the downsides like horrendous come-downs, inability to sleep, clenched jaws, limp dick, etc. I fell right asleep and had a super, really great night of sleep both times I took Phenibut, and these were both in the past 4 days. The turn around was quick too, I ordered on Wednesday afternoon and the box was on my back porch on Friday afternoon with a $20 off coupon for a next order.

I don't really have a problem speaking to strangers or anythign like that, but would like to try this. Maybe take it every morning and afternoon that I'm going out to run errands? Some days I just don't feel like talking to anyone and act like an asshole. Did you smoke while on this Farmageddon?

Addictive? Yeah, right. I quit cigarettes over a bad weekend and Benzos in a month. Addiction to a fucking Amino-supp is WEAKSAUCE.

That is the first Phenibut horror story that I came across. But if you read the post, the dude was taking 3 grams daily for 2.5 months . Jesus.... The dude obviously did no research on it. Some people are just retarded...

I'm planning on ordering Phenibut by Liftmode in a couple of weeks giving it a try - liftmode is supposed to be the purest form of phenibut.

Just placed an order for Liftmode L-theanine...I'll try it out this weekend and next week. I'm wondering how the 2 compare and if L-Theanine is even in the same ballpark at Phenibut...Frost speaks pretty highly of it.

Will do. I'm hoping for another opportunity to use it but I'm not going to blow it on random shitty weeknights out without any plans. I'm hoping between the L-Theanine and the Phenibut I can be on a few-times-a-week rotation and be able to keep something on tap for important nights without risking addiction.

Tried it out today. I was hungover and the phenibut got rid of it after about a half hour. I didn't go interact with anyone and just did a test run to see how it affected me. I took 2 doses of 500mg spaced out about 3 hours. I have the lift mode powder from amazon. It tastes bitter but is tolerable.

I noticed I was in a good mood and was singing along to my music while doing homework much more than usual. I was also talking and playing with my dog a lot. I didn't feel a buzz, I felt normal but in an outgoing and good mood. Kind of reminded me of a super weak version of adderall. I'm gonna up the dosage next time and take it when I'm not hungover to further evaluate it.

There's only a handful of suppliers of phenibut. All the brands buy from the same three or so suppliers who in turn source from the same alternating Chinese suppliers. I never noticed much difference between brands other than psychological placebo due to the branding marketing machine.

Apparently they mix well. I haven't tried yet (I'm experimenting with other nootropics at the moment)

L-thenanine you can take everyday, but phenibut you should not. Think of thenanine as a daily supplement and phenibut as a performance enhancing drug(for when you want to bring your 'A' game)

That is pretty much abusing it... But to say Phenibut is dangerous addictive, where you use it one time and you're hooked (like heroin) , is nto accurate...

Listen, I'd recommend everyone approach Phenibut like they would a pint of Ben and Jerry's ice cream. It's something you can treat yourself to once a week,or every two weeks..but much more than that and you might start having issues.

Guerllia, you basically had the phenibut equivalent of a pint of Ben & Jerry's everyday until you became diabetic....

Guerilla, can you explain exactly what it is that's so addictive about it? What made you want to take so much every day straight? I mean, I just can't see the need to take it every day and for so much unless you were gaming every day.

the music thing was no joke. I was in the front seat of my car jamming along to some of my tunes and I was practically bouncing up and down in my seat headbanging.

I think majority should able to control themselves..but I guess I am speaking from my experience with it. After using it once, I had no trouble shelving it...none at all.

But I guess if you try it, and have an uncontrollable urge to keep using, then Phenibut probably isn't for you.

I'd be cautious - nothing wrong with doing drugs recreationally, but taking this drug for anxiety is like taking sleeping tablets without the addressing the underlying cause of your restlessness.

Also the reason why the drug from Limitless wouldn't work is because of the rebound effect - what goes up must come down - just look at the benzos/Xanex etc and the effect they have on increasing anxiety long-term.
