Dude... They have video of the two of them with their equipment on Boylston the day of the attack and one of them leaving a bomb at the scene of the attack. Full-on face shots of both of them. Then they were throwing explosives out of their getaway car at the police...

They have video from the 7-11 of the younger brother who has already been positively identified. Same guy in the video from the race that initiated the search. Same guy who's brother will be pushing up the daisies in 48 hours...

Oh great.. Now reporting there is a 3rd suspect, an accomplice. This will go on for another 2 weeks.

Independent Moscow radio station Ekho Moskvy has a statement from Alvi Karimov, press secretary for the leader of the Chechen Republic.

He told Interfax "the suspects in the Boston crimes have no relation to Chechnya". He says "according to preliminary information" the family moved "many years ago from Chechnya to another region of Russia".

"Then for a long time they lived in Kazakhstan, and from there moved to the US, where family members obtained residency," Mr Karimov said. "So the persons concerned did not live in Chechnya as adults, and if they became 'bad apples' then it's a question of who was educating them."

BBC Monitoring reports that a man named Anzor, who said he was Tamerlan and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev's father, told Russia's Interfax news agency his children were framed.

"The special services framed my children because they are believing Muslims," he was quoted as saying. "Why did they kill Tamerlan? They should have taken him alive. The younger one is now on the run; he was studying in his second year at a medical institute in the US. We were expecting him home in the holidays. Now I don't know what will happen."

And remember they arrested one already. So right now two are on the loose, one dead in that shootout, one arrested.

The father of Dzhokhar Tsarnaev is calling him an angel. His uncle said they (the brothers) 'do not deserve to live on this earth.'

Here's what we know about the two suspects:

1. The FBI did an extensive investigation for several days this week.
2. They eventually released photographs of two suspects. The two suspects were documented at the marathon, carrying backpacks.
3. A photo of suspect #2, post-bombing, was published. No backpack is visible in this photo.
4. The suspects robbed a 7-11 (photo evidence).
5. An MIT police officer, Sean Collier, was subsequently shot and killed.
6. Multiple reports of the two suspects carjacking.
7. There was more chasing, gunshots, and deployment of explosives. (independently verifiable by residents of Watertown, MA)
8. The older brother was shot and died at the hospital, where his identity is confirmed to match the photos of suspect #1 who was present at the marathon.

At this point there's enormous evidence pointing to the fact that these two men are guilty of the marathon bombings. The idea that a couple of innocent guys would respond by killing a police officer and SETTING OFF BOMBS seems absurdly unlikely.

There are still lots of unknowns.

One of these guys was pretty bright and had a scholarship.

Its probably true though that they were raised poorly, had no friends, and had poor grasp on reality.
