Probably not, they will either give you an error or if you do sign up you'll be severely throttled. A ran a few test this summer when I had time to spare.
My tinder analysis gentlemen.
Abuses:
-Mass liker
-Auto swiping (they test by sending you random pics of dudes)
-Deleting account multiple times a month.
-Using 3rd party app to jump around different areas (GPS changer) too often
Possibles- haven't tested:
-Swiping too fast (Goes along with auto swiping and think they test this by sometimes having profiles of chicks were the first picture isn't loaded to see if you swipe right)
-Signing up with an empty facebook that has no friends and or no interest.
If you have abused the system in the past, they will tag your facebook and phone number so that if it's used again to create an account you'll be throttled (not shown to as many girls, won't see that many girls, run out of people to swipe etc). If you think you've been tagged, make a new facebook: add some interest and randomly add people. It took me less than 8 hours of very passive work to have over 100 friends that all went to UCLA.
Examples:
I abused system on purpose with same facebook/number then deleted that tinder account and made a new tinder account with same facebook/number. I got 1 match a week in mexico where I usually get upwards of 30 to 50. Even with tinder plus I was throttled to like 1 match every other day. Once I made a fresh tinder account with my boys facebook/number, but my pictures I was back to getting like 5 matches a day.
Also as a guy if you don't message a lot of the chicks you match with, possible throttle there too. Tinder is guy heavy so i assume the same happens to chick but due to sheer numbers, the effects aren't felt on their side. Also guys are much more likely to abuse the system the females, who most have told me they get instant matches.
Upgrades:
Don't do them until others have posted what they are. As with the last upgrade they didn't notify you that they were taking "last online" away. You won't be throttled as many users don't update apps for months and the developer knows this. Don't believe the under the hood fixes to get better matches line the developers use.
Rank:
I'm still trying to figure out what all goes into the ranking system. I think it's
-Number of matches of course
-Quality of your matches (what the girls rank is).
-Number of chicks you swipe left vs right
-Time you have had a tinder account.
-How many girls swipe right to you.
-If you've abused system or not.
-Whether or not you're a paid member.
-Facebook interest/friends
Possibly (haven't tested):
-If chicks message you first and how many.
-How many girls respond to you.
The rank is real. Once I crossed over 100 matches I was seeing higher quality chicks than ever before. Most of which my friend didn't get introduced to until he himself got close to 100 matches.
All this to say if you live in a major city, it would probably behoove you to stay off tinder for a few days and come back to swiping instead of deleting your account and creating a new one after a month or two. For the smaller cities i think it'll be okay as long as you don't do it often (no more than 1x a month). Even with the unlimited swipes for paid users, Tinder still limits you after you've swiped through a certain number, even if you swiped left 98% of the time. Tested this theory with a friend last month. We had it down to tinder plus users have their new chicks reset every 6 to 12 hours.
Lastly:
The more I use and experiment with tinder the more i'm starting to think it has not so subtle ways of keeping guys sucked in, as we are their primary consumer. For example, we've all received matches with hot chicks that never respond. I think some of those may be strategically placed by tinder to keep the guy swiping to get another hot chick. If she responds to your message you can be sure it's not a tinder placed bot, but could possibly be a porn bot

.
I believe this new update came as a result of yet more abuse in the form of guys who swiped a lot saw that the Tinder algorithm would show them chicks who haven't been on in a few days to a few weeks so of course guys wouldn't be using that often = less swipes = less limits reached = less frustrated guys signing up for tinder plus. Also spread out the women so that more men(who may not be massive swipers) could have their profiles shown. Now with that last online info gone, the average joe will not know if the hot bitch he just swiped was online 1 minute ago or 1 week ago(See flamite) Will not know if the hot chick you matched with is ignoring you or just hasn't been online so you log on to check and in the meantime more swiping.
Hope this helps some. Anybody see any flaws or have more to add please do.
