There's a football game coming up next weekend. My college is playing against its rivals, and a lot of us are going to the rival school to party. From what I've heard, the parties are live (translation: girls are horny and the music is straight). My concern isn't finding a girl, though; I want to know how I can make one chick absolutely lust after me.

Basically, I've been talking to this one girl for the past few days, and I know she's into me. All we needed was a time to see each other; this weekend will be that time.

What can I do to make her want to fuck the shit out of me this weekend?

^^^ very very important. Don't get shithoused. Get a solid buzz, be slick about it. Keep your cup half full, do a couple beer bongs, etc. But honestly if she wants you that bad already all you really have to do is not fuck up, which if you get super hammered will be real easy to do. You might have a tendency to be up her ass (at least that's what happens when I get too drunk) girls absolutely HATE HATE HATE that shit.

Just have a great time man, be the life of the party, attract people towards you, put out that positive/fun vibe and I guarantee she'll notice that shit. And when other girls notice you she'll notice that they're noticing you...haha you feel me? Like they'll be trying to flirt with you and want your attention as well, which will make your chick want you 100x more. Don't focus on her 100% at the party, give her some attention of course, you don't want her to think your not interested in her anymore. Have a good ass time and I guarantee when she's drunk she'll want your dick that much more at the end of the night. You'll be "all hers." I have the most success and most girls wanting me when I'm having a great time, enjoying myself, not taking anything too seriously, and just being happy to be alive in a way.

Only my .02, that's just what I would do in that situation. Of course theres probably other ways to go about it.

From the title of your thread, I thought at first you were looking to get fucked by some she-hulk beast. On to your question. First thing's first- do you know where will this party be taking place (frat, hall, dorm etc)? Depending on the answer you may have to venue change if a fuck is to be guaranteed. Drink enough to have a good time but not drunk. HOWEVER, you do your best to make sure she drinks more than you, cant have her thinking 100% rationally.

Well, since the thread is already underway...

See what everyone does.

Does everyone drink shitfaced? Drink responsibly.
Does everyone drink responsibly? Drink more than is normal, but still be in control.
Does everyone dance? Get the girl to stop dancing as soon as possible.
Does everyone sit around? Approach a random table every 10-15 or so minutes.

Adjust yourself to be juuuuuuuuust different enough so you get noticed, but not so much that you look like an asshole - beta human brain cannot grasp the concept of low work-high reward easily.
While you'll undoubtedly get a lot more tingles, you'll soon figure out why they say "Misery loves company"; the goal says: "In the long run, sacrificing a few tingles will increase my notch count".

Adapt accordingly to the situation, don't have only one or two tactics; forget any labels (alpha, beta...).
Instead, think like this:
I am not alpha or a player; I do whatever I want, whenever I want, as long as it suits my goals.
I am not a metalhead; I listen to metal music.
I am not a computer technician; I fix computers.

When you do not associate any labels with yourself, then people cannot peg you down.
Instead, they will try to shame you and try to use your emotions since it is the only weapon left for them.
Be calm, listen, and strike. When people get emotional, they make mistakes; play your cards right, and they will be completely at your mercy.

The only use for labels should be to make teaching someone easier and simpler, so they get the gist.

The brain will always try to sabotage you in any way possible, and it will be so subtle you're not gonna notice it for some time - you make excuses that "make sense", and, before you know it, you become lazy.

Think about it a little bit: every time your gut said "Something's amiss", while your brain was convinced "Nothing can go wrong", the premonition was right. Every. Single. Time.

Use it, abuse it, listen to it constantly. It would be a shame to waste such great power
