That chick in the photo is certainly below the standard we will be chasing in Russia. Believe me guys,nobody will have any complaints about the standard of women in there.

It seems Novosibirsk has been chosen as the city by many. Can I ask why? Hear me out...Novosibirsk is a big modern city,it will no doubt have numerous McDonalds branches,international hotel chains,international flights,tourists,foreign students studying in it's universities. I don't see us having more leverage there then in Moscow to be honest. It will also be relatively expensive by Russian standards. It also is mostly white and some of us fancy banging Russian Asians too ( I think Menace has stated this openly ). I just think that cities further East might offer us more. Those Canadian guys in the videos were getting great reactions the further east they went. I'm not talking about hitting villages but what about Krasnoyarsk,Chita,Khabarovsk,Vladivostok,Magadan,Kamchatka? I've never been to any of them so can't comment on them but I know they will be cheaper then Novo ( Neil was paying $15 a night for a three bed in Chita ),have many more Asian chicks and we will have higher celebrity status. I'm just throwing it out there,the decision ultimately will be down to the few of us who go and will be democratic.

I think everyone who is in needs to state their hierarchy of needs so we can work out what guys want from the trip. For me it is women and adventure.

I don't know that I want to be banging Asians in Russia. Those supposed "hot girls" in that beauty pageant that those candian guys judged were NOT attractive, not even the one who won. And I've been in Asia for the last 2 and a half months so I know what a decent looking Asian girl looks like. Yeah those were not the hottest but remember that that was in a village in north Russia where anybody who can has already left. They were still hotter then what I see in English villages.

I'm not suggesting going to predominantly Asian areas like Yakutsk,I'm saying if we head East you will find enough Asians to keep the Asian lovers happy too. I think outside of Yakutia all the cities are overwhelmingly white/Slavic but some have substantial Asian populations too.

I see where Vorkuta is going and he has a good point. We want to hit a place where we have some pop. I do like Asians but that's not a criterion for picking a place.

I think it would be helpful to put together a list of 2-3 cities aside from Novosibirsk and see the pros and cons of each. However smaller cities are far less likely to have any English speakers. Please do not underestimate the importance of language or overestimate how fluent you will be. BTW if anyone here is in DC, there is a weekly Russian table on Thursdays where you can practice.

Really I'd like to hear from people who have been to those cities, but maybe in Russia there is not much difference in character: they are all industrial shit holes.

I think it might make sense to realize it is not either/or with Asian and Russians-- in the cities where Stalin moved Russians to there has been 80 years of mixing. Some of the most incredible girls are 1/2 or 1/4 Asian. The best have the height and long limbs of Russians, with a more submissive temperament and incredible beautiful skin.

Is there a mass exodus of girls over 16-18 in these smalls towns to larger ones including St. Pete/Moscow? Or do financial obstacles prevent this from being the norm?

My guess is a girl would have to either need:

I knew one very pretty, bright student in upstate NY who could have made it as a parasitic slut in NYC, but she deemed it too "intimidating."

I also knew Midwesterners who went to Minneapolis as opposed to Chicago or San Francisco.

First tier cities can be impersonal, rat-race places. Some people thrive on it, some hate it.

I hear you Vorkuta. We should have 3 or 4 cities to vote on by march. Though IMO, it should be a primarily a "white" Russian city because to go all the way to Russia and put in all that effort, Id want the typical Russian beauty. Novosibirsk, is still my number 1 candidate, but I am open to hearing arguments about why another city would be better and possibly changing my mind. A city like Kazan, for example, sounds pretty good too.

You make a great point Menace. Even with 6 months of studying Russian we will be barely be at the conversational level, so having some English speaking girls would be nice.
Even with my perfect Spanish, learning portuguese was no cake walk. Took me 6 months in Brazil, before I could deem myself conversationally fluent.
That is why Novosibirsk is still my favourite candidate. The city is the 3rd biggest city in Russia, so Im guessing maybe 10 percent of the girls speak english, even though it is still Siberia.

I saw hot girls in the clubs in the Ulan-Ude episode but as soon as they went further east the girls were all ugly or Asian. I would expect that the quality would actually be lower in these areas do to the more common mixing of races of chicks.
