Interesting post that strikes a chord with me. I'm currently looking for a year's Russian tuition at a Russian university. I've found three or four but none seem ideal. When I met with my Moscow "Oil"igarch contacts and asked them the best University in Moscow (Meaning all of Russia) without a moments hesitation they said MGU... so as both a base to operate from with local female students as your wing women terps and gal Friday bird dogs I would say NSU in Novosibirsk and MGU in Moscow. NSU is basically the Russian Academy of Sciences branch in Siberia founded by MGU RAS profs - did some biz in StP and great unis there to look into also as Putin is from StP so it has a certain cache but Moscow is the center of the Russian Universe and with 20 Million people you will never run out of targets of opportunity... iirc MGU rates are 20 euros per hour min 3 hours per class - but they also do personal one on one skype training now at a lower hourly rate - not as frugal as Pimsleur or Rosetta Stone but you get an intelligent live tutor you can cultivate into a wing women or wing man and studying Russian for Businessmen at MGU or NSU takes away any hint of sexual conquest as your primary agenda - helps you operate under the radar imnsho. Also the language schools will send you a visa invite as well.

@ Vorkuta...I did a one month course at MGU in Moscow in 2009.......got a certificate for my troubles. I had one to one tuition which was inexpensive / group tuition was even cheaper !

Ligurian, it has to be done in April, May or June. I am guessing the girls will be more conservative than in Ukraine, but not so much so.... compared to Belarus.
