I have to say that this is a huge myth. My life proves this time and time again.

So far this month, I have swooped 6 different girls in my new city.

Ages: 22, 21, 25, 28, 28, 23

All of them pick up the phone.

At least three of them tell me they really like that I call.

Get your Game strong on the front end, and work the phones boys.

Text Game to your own demise.

I always use the phone unless I really don't feel like talking to her. But talking to a girl reduces the chances of miscommunication, flaking on future dates, and saves time.

Might this exception only be the case abroad? I'm shocked at the number of American girls who simply do not make or take phone calls, except from their moms and maybe one or two core hen-friends.

I really need to start giving girls phone calls. They never call either, but there is always some kind of misinterpretation of my texts. I did call a girl once and she squealed in delight. I can hardly hear shit on the phone though.

One thing I have found if I get a call or call a girl she talks for an unreasonable amount of time. Would you just have a normal back and forth then ask for the date or what? Phone game is uncharted territory for us young guys.

I haven't settled on either at the moment and I'm going for a scatter gun approach spraying texts and phone calls until she decides to reply.

I had two girls this week that I called, neither of them answered and both of them didn't have voice mail setup so I couldn't even leave a message. One did reply by text a couple of hours later saying she couldn't take the call and we should meet up for a drink later in the week.

I think the general point is to how strong your initial meeting is then it doesn't really matter if you text or call as she would reply to either of them.

I am not having issues in America at all.

And I spend most my time in The Southern California Metroplex and Miami Beach.

Miami Beach doesn't compare to Southern California for texting, hell, I don't think anywhere compares to Southern California for texting, but these I would say are two tougher markets.

1. Good looking dude game (can have a harem in no time). My buddy has gone out and pulled a new girl every weekend (2 sometimes) for the past 6 months. This is the result of masculinization of women, his game is sub par at best IMHO. He even tells girls "will you marry me" and they still bang him an ask him out directly on his Facebook page.
2. Fearless "decent lookin dude" game. You approach 10-20 people a day all within your range. Ignore being shot down like crazy and can pull every week this way. (I'm in this group)

No complaints about getting laid from me, but then again I have no problem being turned down 10-20 times, because at the end of the day at least I am not dumpster diving and I spend less than $100 a week chasing girls, since women abroad are hotter and more fun.

Also yes, texting is retarded beyond one or two logistical ones.

That is pretty much the system right there.

Add things like: smoking, Custom Suits, Big Bankrolls and G Status all around, and you can lower the "being turned down 10-20 times" per swoop ratio.

You add the "G things" into a decent looking cats arsenal, and he can be 100 times more effective than a "good looking" guy without those things.

Maybe closer to 10 "contacts" to one swoop.

Maybe less.

Which if you go out at night and bounce to three different spots, it is pretty damn easy to make 10 "contacts".

Guys that down swoop in America that have their act together generally speaking are just not "stepping up" enough. That is all there is to it.

It has and always will be a numbers Game.

I think going off picking up or calling back the same day or the next is a better "metric" for the "metric heads" out there.

I would say of the girls I swooped above, 100%.

But I also got another 12 numbers from girls in addition to those 6.

It is a little hard to track, because out of those 12 I texted a few (I will text if I am not that interested in a girl).

10% pick up first call = guaranteed bang next meet. Of those that respond via text (typically low 20s girls)and of those that text you prob need 2 dates. Girls who call back are usually 25ish and are more used to the dating scene. The call is your guaranteed interest level, better to call so you can see how well you did, just don't be dumb ad text post the call.

I live on the west coast of USA, I don't do 10-20 on weekdays I do that on weekends (day/night). Weekdays is maybe 1-3. But I work a lot more than most and 5 would be no problem if I had a lunch break. Some girls you should just approach to practice approaching of you are new. Strike up a convo and then see where it rolls, worst case u just met a girl who might be a clinger but sure would be easy to meet her friends too. Jut don't be talking to sub 5's... Those have issues.

I do not knock the text game approach, by see no reason to just be aggressive an see how interested she is in you. Much easier to tell if you call and she says "omg hey!" versus "oh hey!l" via text because u just gave her time to get off her emotional high from hearing from you and adjust her tone as necessary.

I think this is a meaningless question, no offense, because whether or not the girl answers her phone is all related to how attracted she was when she met you. If she was interested in you, she'll pick up. If uninterested, she won't pick up.

Asking for a girl's number has such a pathetically low ROI that I've learned not to ask for numbers anymore. It's a "hail-mary" type of move if I need to use it. It's been over five months since I've been "flaked" on, because I rarely ask for her number. When I do ask for a number, usually my intuition about her interest in me is correct, then she picks up the phone.

Virtually all my bangs are insta-dates or SNL's. (There's no difference between the two, if you think about it)
