With a great physique, it doesn't matter how your face looks. You could look like seal, and still pull with ease. Not saying its the end all be all to get the tail, but it sure helps, a lot!

Time to bump this thread, to motivate people who have not been lifting.


At first I was a scrawny looking guy, with a huge babyface (no beard or hair), at 20 years old I was 63 kg (sorry, too drunk to convert to lbs).

Then I started eating a lot (my recipe to get big: eat a lot of white bread with steaks, turkey, and/or eggs). I ballooned to 84 kgs, mostly fat. 25% of BF.

I have always been relatively maintaining a good meetup to online convos ratio. I was not the best looking guy online, but I have a way with words online, so I would get quite a few dates. However the conversion ratio was awful. Once, I had like 15 dates in 3 weeks, but 0 bangs!!!! (hint hint: I was fat).

My best friend, who workouts, told me to cut sugar, reduce carbs, do more cardio, and be more sexual on dates. Result: roughly a 80% bangs to dates ratio. Night and day. I went down to 15% BF, and could see the payoffs.

I then took 1 year and only did dates at 8 PM or the like, instead of lifting. For months it worked just fine, I could still smash. Come the end of the year, I still got dates, but fell back to my previous weakness. Dates, but no bangs. I just knew it: my body was shit!!

I have been working out since 2 months, cutting carbs at night, doing intermittent fasting (not too much different from Ramadan, except for the hydratation), now I don't know my current BF, but I have slimmed a lot. Guess what? More IOI coming, one successful bang after 7 dates with no sex! Confidence through the roof, and also the competitiveness I have with my wing (who lifts also at the same gym as me) is motivating me. When he skips the gym because he is tired, I still go and smash my previous records.

Guess what? I feel better, and the results are already coming in! And it's only March!


TLDR: For the guy who has experienced at least TWO TIMES how having a good body and having a shit one make a whole world of difference, I can only say: get your ass in the gym, eat clean, train hard, and don't give up!

If I, an ugly babyfaced hairless guy with a high pitched voice and a lot of insecurities still manages to get results, then you have NO EXCUSE to not have your whole world change too.

Keep making gains, guys!!

Amen, I'm like 75Kg soaking wet but low bodyfat and muscular in East Asia and this is like being maybe 90KG in America in terms of how you're viewed.

I was at my gym doing shoulders and the gym owner came up and asked me if he could snap photos of me for the gym advertisements. I let him do it and got free professional fitness photos that I can use for okcupid, tinder, tantan or whatever other dating service I like. Not to mention, it'll be cool when i'm old and in the nursing home to have cool-ass fitness photos hanging up. This would have never happened if I had been ok with being a skinny dude the rest of my life.

I was out with a group of friends a few weeks back and my friend's wife with us and this woman could not keep her hands off of me. It was straight up disrespectful to her husband. She kept complimenting me on my physique and asking my friend why he wasn't in as good shape as me. Again, this would not have happened if I was skinny. If I were a grimy dude I could have probably banged my friend's wife that night if I had separated them. And guys say asian women don't like black dudes. Ha. Every woman likes muscle.

I suspect that more and more of this sort of thing will happen to me if I get my physique looking even tighter than it already is. It really isn't rocket science and this is coming from a dude who is just athletic looking and not "big."

Any dude who is trying to justify being out of shape is really cheating themselves out of bangs and goodwill from his fellow man.

I even have straight dudes asking me for tips and assuming I'm some sort of fitness guru in Asia. It builds a lot of goodwill with guys when you're the fittest guy in the room. People look up to you and treat you like you're the leader before you even open your mouth.

I have many stories about Chinese girls being disrespectful to their foreign and chinese boyfriends when I'm around simply on the merit of my physique.

I can't wait to see how my results improve when I add another 5-10kg. I imagine I'll have some ridiculous stories when I get there.

Yeah, you speak the truth man. If you're not putting muscle on, then your girl will be attracted to the guy that is. I've been in that situation before where an ex saw a guy with muscles and was obviously turned on. I felt completely useless in that situation. I couldn't be mad, yet I was mad. Mad at myself and mad at the world. It was simple biology at play and that's when I realised, I need to level up.

That's not to say its impossible to get good girls without a great physique. Like someone said earlier, there are diminishing returns, and you can get away with having an OK body and its not going to stop you.

But when the day comes that you and girlfriend are out together, and a really muscular guy is there, it's gonna make you feel inadequate as hell. Those are the days we need to prepare for.

I'm not saying I'm planning to bulk up to ridiculous levels, but the guy who is slim and toned with some decent muscles is still better of then 90% of the male population. It's just about keeping a consistent routine going and having some noticeable muscles.

All women have different tastes with regard to a male physique (except for height). AND each woman's taste in a male body changes depending on her age.

For a woman it's all about how she feels about herself meaning her self esteem she may of liked TARZAN when she looked like JANE at 20 but when JANE hits 30 TARZAN may make her feel bad about the saddlebags or cheese or her sagging tits.

As one poster put it "muscle bound guys fill a niche for certain types of women". (usually young hard body women...her ego versus his ego) Of course Chippendales male strippers seem to do well with cougars. (drunk fueled fantasy). I've never heard of a muscle bound dwarf doing well with the ladies and by looking at this threads video's most of the muscular men were tall

Like most guys I use to ask chicks I went out with what attracted them to me.
1) Height
2) made her laugh
3) found me interesting
4) Big rough hands
5) Wide Shoulders
6) Ass
7)Hair
8) white teeth nice smile
9) clean/hygenic
10) the walk
11) eye contact

I cannot remember to many girls saying to me hulk hogan arms or 6 pack.

When looking at the videos the men are confident self assured looking directly at women with big smiles (in some cases). IF those same men didn't smile AND only looked at the ground shuffling there feet being meek....guess what...no sex appeal

Rule One>>>>Stand up straight throw your shoulders back and when speaking to a woman look directly at her...is 90 percent of being physically present" ...then the game begins.

I see too many guys at the gym do basically 2 exercises Bench Press and Squats (maybe a little free weight stuff) or just cardio meaning bike or treadmill ....the guys in those video's did there entire body 100 percent guaranteed of that

Toned not overdone is the keyword here. 30-to 45 minutes in the gym (not 2 hours with protein shakes or steroids like the video guys) The gym is just part of your day...not the entire day or your life.

Toned flat stomach (lose the gut)
But also work on the waist
toned legs...toned ass
work on shoulders chest and arms but only until definition can be seen.

My main goal is to look good in a tee shirt and jeans or a suit that's it. Once you develop your fitness routine it isn't about women (although nice to have some nice chicks at the gym) it's about yourself....your diet...how it makes you feel....your energy..... your health.

If you do a well rounded workout it should take care of all the different physical tastes women have in men. The key wording is "males overall physique" that women find attractive (not amazing unless the chicks in a niche group)

Steve Reeves had the physique 90% of women would go crazy for. Not too big, not too small, not too shredded and not too fat. He could be a soldier, an endurance athlete, an Olympic swimmer, a pro athlete, or even a bodybuilder (which he was) Plus being 6'1 helps. main point is he doesn't have that steroid look.




other examples would be somebody like Zyzz, Younger Jeff Seid, and Mo Samuels which Zyzz did steroids but his body is 100% possible without






all those guys but maybe a little smaller and a little less shredded is what girls like.

People look at pictures on the internet and think that with an afterworkout pump, the perfect lighting, and full body flexing that they look similar to some of these famous people, but they have never stood right next to a true juicing competitor, because if they did they would know how silly they sound. Some of my buddies who compete in physique competitions who don't even place have bodies that will make regular people just stare in awe when they are cutting.

For those over 30 it's probably more of a difference maker since most men start to let themselves go by that age. Fitness is in these days so a lot more young people workout. You won't stand out as much as you could in the past. I think the bar has been raised personally. Pull with ease because of physique? I disagree unless you are some type of fitness "celebrity".

From my experience a lot of girls don't like that huge steroided out or super cut look.

If you were to have an ideal body type for attracting women it would look more like a triathlete.

You have muscle, low body fat, and good cardio vascular endurance and it's all natural. All the dudes who roid just look off; like they're artificial

Yeah amazing to me what people think is possible without steroids. You can get a pretty good physique naturally in time but it won't look that impressive unless pictured by yourself because you can pull off the illusion of size. Put a cut down natural next to someone who's run gear and they will look like a swimmer by comparison. All illusion, lighting, angles, etc with a lot of these IG photos.
