Actually, you might be able to do just that. You know, they don't grow models in some secret lab somewhere- a great many of them were discovered right off the street. Or someone looked at them and told them, "you're pretty, you should think about modeling," or something like that. Most of them are just girls that have a look that some model scout liked.

As for actresses, you don't have to necessarily meet some kind of beauty ideal. In fact, more variety is necessary for acting, because you can't realistically cast every role in a film with the hottest chicks. In fact, there's probably a corrolation between looks and lack of acting skills...HA HA! The hotter chicks can rely on that as opposed to skills. She may not get awards and critical acclaim, but she'll get famous and paid. I find Christina Hendricks to be "everywoman" sexy. Also, she probably won't age as poorly as the average 36 year old on the street with a similar build, because she's got greater incentive to keep as tight as possible - her employment depends somewhat on not allowing herself to bottom out. Because she's got big titties, she may have to go in for the breast lift at some point, but that's okay. Everything else can be maintained by diet and exercise.
