some days people need to be inspired or driven. thought it would be cool to create a thread to motivate some members of this board to aspire for more.

i watched or read these videos every now and then last year and ended up with a 4.0 at a good university while partying, making money, reading books, working out, etc. if these shits got me to do everything i wanted to do and then some, i hope it could help someone else.

feel free to post anything that makes you want to step your hustle up.

Damn, Jordan. I'm a German guy but I remember staying up at night to watch Chicago Bulls games live on TV. Still a very inspiring figure for me.

I imagine a neighborhood in the 80s, it's late at night, everyone is asleep, but you hear the sound of the ball flying through the net coming from some backyard. That's the sound of MJ practicing.

I've always found incredible motivation in roller-coasters. that moment when you wait for the drop - you feel fear but it disappears. Your body takes over as you realise that you have no control. You get thrown around at high speeds which you were never designed for, and survive.

Then you get off the ride and you have complete control over yourself once again.

If I could do that every morning, every day would be awesome.

Damn Houston, that song is awesome (and side note, I pretty much HATE rap nowadays....miss the times when it actually used to be about something real like the song you chose).

Anyways, I REALLY wanna bump this thread because motivation/passion/inspiration is so important in game/life (or at least I feel like it.) People are gonna go through your ups and downs and life (love the quote from the movie Blow about this..."When you're up...when your down" ) - and yes, when things are down...its hard as F*** to get back up-but you GOT to. To all the guys (and girls) on here trying to find jobs in this economy or to those struggling and just trying to get better at game with that girl or just the game of life in general (my theory about game is its never about women, but having a fulfilling life, following your passions, exercising, pushing yourself/learning new thing, doing what you want to do, being successful-which then brings EVERYONE into your life because they want to be around that, etc.)-it can be hard to keep that motivation up when you feel like you're being elevated with some success only to get kicked back down again or ya feel like you're just getting kicked while you're already around on the ground.

Motivation is a fire, it burns within you and you must learn how to work your mind to motivate yourself and how to keep it going. Its like momentum. Do nothing with it, and you will stay where you are. Start moving, and other things will get better-giving you more motivation. Then it snowballs and reaches into further aspects of your life (etc.) and almost just becomes infectious.

So here's some choices for me...and if you none of these motivate you or make you want to do something EPIC.....you might not have a pulse. Good huntin boys :
