It's 3:30am and I've got nothing better to do, so I go outside to do a small workout. I don't have a pull/chinup bar, so I'm holding on to the square bar that holds up the patio, blistering and cutting my hands in the process. I catch a flash in the corner of my eye and look across to see bolts of lightning against the dark sky. It's beautiful.

So, here's me, standing outside, pushing myself to be better, while enjoying a magnificent view, and everyone else is tucked up safe and snug in their beds.

This is the definition of motivating.
