Really? I can see how subscriptions to these dating sites from dudes overseas could be a big business. Many chicks are looking for such opportunities and many are also encouraged to do so from their families.

Something like 10% of the Filipino economy is from remittances from abroad. Its just part of the culture here. Many whom I talk to have family overseas sending cash back home and taking care of the family. One third of the population is under the age of 15 and the population here is set to double (100m to 200m) in the next 30 years. While the economy is growing, its not going to be able to sustain such a huge population so many girls will be left 'economically challenged' as they call it.

Bottom line is, I predict this trend of chicks looking for escape options overseas is set to continue. If I owned a dating site I would capitalise on this.

Yes I agree with you. anyone correct me if I am wrong, but there are many factors combining that will keep the Philippines the way it is.

High population and population growth that is far ahead of how it is supposed to be because the RH bill is not only slow to pass, but will not fully be implemented because the very church that delayed it will undermine it even when it is passed and tried so the population size will always have a much bigger impact negatively than it should be doing. I think the country is designed to operate without population pressures up to a capacity of less than what Colombia has, but instead it is more than double it. the massive population living in slums might act as a buffer against real change. I think things can't change much until there is enough employment for the population in all the households in these slums. That seems impossible in the foreseeable future, especially since they just keep multiplying in the extensive urban slums and in the provinces, faster than the less poor population.

this is a family oriented society and families end up being leaches. Half the people working for already low wages up in Manila are sending back money to support on of the gazillions of households sitting there in Mindanao, Visayas and even dirt poor parts of Manila. The money is not going to build up the economy more and improve the country, it is just getting swallowed by the provinces as they sit amomgst croaking chickens lol. an unbelievable percentage of households swallow earnings made by a sole family member in Manila, while not contributing to the country, but instead helping to hold it down. they live an agriculture life and you wonder why many end up with flat screen tvs anyways while none of them have real jobs lol

The current generation will become more dependants, even if the next generation is better off, because work prospects for less young people are bleak and the last SIXTY percent of peoples lives make them become leaches in the millions of households also. A second reason why money is always scarce, even in cases where someone has a half decent job. Philippines suffers from a crisis by possibly 75 percent or possibly even more of the population being dependents economically.

Power supply and many other issues are keeping the country from becoming industrialized and I mean by manufacturing to the level of all the countries around it. I read something from a reputable source that it will never even enter the radar for key or even moderate players in global manufacturing. And if a country can't even become a modest player in manufacturing, then it will never become an exporter due to the nature of the competition of countries hogging the industry. I read that service industry (as call centre is) can't rise a country out of poverty. Manufacturing to the scale of Vietnam, Thailand and most of the others is the required route. Vietnam is the regional example of a poor country rising thanks to a certain level of export oriented globalaly competitive manufacturing. Philippines is not going down that path and this is what is holding the country down. Even countries that have been exceling at it for 3 decades still have the modest poverty, so you can imagine how little Philippines can change in the same time without that boost. Call centre already boomed in the country and you can see where it brought the country- to economic boom, but with the unchanged poverty as reported in the news. So still something totally new will be needed to erase the extreme poverty and I am not sensing any such thing rescuing the nation.

Another point, I read this is pretty much the only country where apparently holding a higher position means little to have any higher salary.

Infrastructure: Metro Manila is choked for space already. building schools, roads and much more to support a better off population is difficult to impossible in places. half or more than half the people are so poor with energy consumption that even a seemingly modest increase in consumption by each of then could at least double energy demand so Philippines will always struggle to provide enough energy for growth that reduces poverty. The energy supply ceiling will choke the large population in any growth. this really holds down a country.

Electricity rates are stunting growth and cost of living is making already low wages be perceived as even lower, leading to a poverty and general discomfort comparable to many countries in Africa.

The poor households are the ones 'making babies' the most, so it is the poor population that is multiplying. this may be a key reason why I read that this is one of the few countries in the world that saw no improvement in poverty up to last year. There are massive communities of slums built up everywhere from province to urban to around Laguna bay. even without a continuation of population growth, you already have millions of poor waiting to swallow up any job/economic growth. but population WILL still explode so this poor community will only keep getting bigger, further locking the country into the current situation.

I think the country might get even easier not harder. Because larger population and it seems that the middle class growing amid the exploding sea of poverty is actually the easier group and this group is is expanding with economic growth though at the same time as the sea of poverty hold steady around them. Ever notice that the ones with proper jobs and not so poor are actually the easiest? the millions of poor are not as easy I find and for some reasons the ones a bit higher up often require no game. But this phenomena I think is fostered by the fact of the country being held down by the larger, impoverished community. Most of the dirt poor might not even get online and they are so family oriented and religious much of the time makin them less easy I think. I looked into the poorer areas and learned this. If the country were any poorer, then online and text game would be even harder cuz they suddenly can't afford to do either and those you find all beg for load or cant text at all. So I would say this country can't get any easier than it is now- richer, less interest level -poorer, harder find them online in the first place and again seem less liberated and easy and too. So feel free all you members to enjoy the situation for as long as you want.

All this is why the country is such an amazing paradise. Not only is population size helping lead to the easiness in general, but they will be more and more of them to chose from and more locals competing for the limited supply of westerners. It would take a miracle in the manufacturing industry to convert this perennial severe poverty to anything that is not severe poverty in a few years, but because of its prospects in manufacturing compared to all the other countries, this is the least likely county for it to happen. So the weight of extreme poverty already built up in the current economic situation will hold onto the country at least for our lifetimes. Face the reality, if you were born here and already adult age, you would know all to well that the only way out of this situation is out of the Philippines itself, cuz there is nothing on the horizon that will change it. Only the generations after us might see a Philippines free of extensive poverty and slums, but because of how slow it will take for it to go away, we never will.

I am leaving some time soon to Las Vegas to test out what people rave about there, but I have plenty of time to go back to the Philippines when I am ready because what you see there is not changing much for a long time.

Of course they benefit. Curiosity got the better of me and I decided to check out the site, and from where I am, I see two big ads from Google Adwords on every page. There's all that revenue that they are losing if they are blocking members from outside Phils, it makes zero economic sense for them to do this. An ad click from the US/Canada/Europe will pay 10 times what they make from a click in the Phils. They won't have a sustainable business model without traffic sources from the West.

Also, I assume girls like these are outright scammers, fake or play for play? An 18 year old wanting to meet guys upto 70 years old?? They seem to be fairly common on the site.

Hey guys, I fly to Manila in 9 days and I am looking at two condos, both look great, near perfect reviews and have all amenities that are important to me. I cant decide between the two so figure location should be the deciding factor. One is in Geenbelt, other in Fort. I am leaning to Fort for the easier access to higher end nightclubs and assume this means higher end women?, but like the greenbelt for centralization of the city. Do you guys have any recommendations between the two locations? I will be partying and day gaming. I was going to book before I fly but I am almost debating to just wait until I get there to visually check the two out but they are first come first serve so I could miss the amazing opportunity. Advice would be much appreciated.

Book a place on AirBnB for a few nights in each location. When I was there it seemed there was always some place available through AirBnB in each spot so don't worry about missing out any "amazing" apt.

Just use the info here in DirectDanger's "Living in Manilla" thread for ideal spots in those locations.

Have fun and keep us updated.

Lol yes thanks. I am very educational oriented. I can talk off a pinay's ears to the point she gets lost. Yes this is all my own. I just put this together to show what I know about the topic at hand. I am passionate about the things I learn about Wink

I am not so keen about the media though lol
I will be in Las Vegas some time in the near future and at some point somewhere in Eastern Europe so if anyone else is there and is ready to have their ear talked off about economics and politics... I'll be there lol
But seriously I need to sometimes get my head out from being buried in the books all the time!

From being here for months now, this is very well put.

if you're a talented adult in the Philippines and not in the aristocracy, it's already too late-- the only solution is to get out.

The only proviso is that there is some early stage feminism indoctrination going on in a MINORITY of women who think pursuing their "dreams" ( the word they usually use) at one dollar per hour with no job security is going to get them some have-it-all lifestyle. They are the future spinster class.

But most women have very little feminist delusions-- one girls I asked serious responded when I asked her if she was a feminist- "What's that?"

Article about all the kids in the Philippines from foreigners banging out Pinays. I've never been to the Phils but many stories seem to indicate that girls there love to fuck foreigners and don't care about you going raw or blasting inside. So 2+2= tens of thousands of these kids probably.

Also, I assume girls like these are outright scammers, fake or play for play? An 18 year old wanting to meet guys upto 70 years old?? They seem to be fairly common on the site.

https://www.dateinasia.com/DiannaGako

I looked at that girl and she looks so hot it would be somewhat suspect she is real or sincere, she looks in the top 5% of looks. But there are definitely women who hold out that promise for real.

Have you been here? When your family lives in a squatter shack with no running water, your father has diabetes and you can't afford insulin, the hope of a genial 70 YO American taking you back to the US and keeping your family well is wondrous, and very appealing for a loyal Filipino daughter.

Middle class Americans can't grasp ( as I couldn't) there is nothing dishonorable with her doing that, as she will often genuinely take care of that guy when he reaches his 80s. I see the couples, with a guy who can hardly walk and a patient, cute 30-something wife holding him by the arm.

Filipina loyalty is a stereotype and there are bar girls who are scammers and straight up prostitutes, but the loyal selfless daughter mentality exists and is real, and is a thing of humble beauty.

I've realized that as an American, I unconsciously held the belief that any life plan not including upward socio-economic mobility and an enviable lifestyle was some type of tragic failure, and I now think that is its own tragic failure.

EDIT: One area I would not trust them in is putting real estate in their name, unless you have kids with her and basically don't care what happens. It puts her in the bad position of deciding whether to let lazy relatives live there without your approval and obeying you. I think you can put real estate in your kids' name to prevent total disaster if she might sell property and waste the money.

Well said IKE. Her humble, honorable kindness does come with a price though in that she will always put the needs of her family above your own. So I have been told by a couple divorced ex-pats.

Yeah, those kids are the equivalent of blue-eyed blondes in the West. High SMV.

I'm not a lawyer but I've read a bit about establishing citizenship for a kid. If you're USA ( don't know about other countries) have a kid there and for some reason you don't stay with the girl, you should at an absolute minimum get the kid his/her passport, even if you're too broke or cheap to support them ( a different debate).

It costs very little, you have have to go to an approved genetics test lab to show it's yours, and go to your Embassy.

The woman CANNOT as far as I know realistically get the Embassy to do it if you don't cooperate: Remember SHE'S not an American citizen, and neither is your kid unless you prove it's yours, and therefor the US Govt has no obligation to them.

If I understand correctly, once the father dies, there is no way to establish the American citizenship of the child, so your kid (and their descendants) would be stuck there.

I got the impression the guys did the divorcing. Maybe because they have so many other options it was easy for them to do it. I don't know.

Maybe they used the girls devotion to her family as an excuse for themselves to divorce so they can bang other girls.

Whatever the underlying motivation, I got the sense the tension of her devotion to her family over him was real and not something to be taken lightly.

They basically told me not to get married as her family will always come first.

When you're in love and she's not demanding much in the beginning it probably seems manageable. How it is later on.....

@ IKE
In the case of establishing citizenship for the child, wouldn't the child be eligible for Social Security benefits if the father died while they were a minor? My roommate in college got checks when his father died as long as he remained in school.

Men from outside the Philippines can still sign up. They simply have to verify their account through text, put up a picture, and heed the site's terms of service.

This is basic shit that people who are going to actually use the site as it was intended will have no problem with.

Having a site that is low quality and filled with spam DOES NOT benefit them, because people will STOP using it. Just in this thread, you have two people (myself and IKE) WHO HAVE ACTUALLY USED THE SITE saying that it was basically worthless just months ago and has improved dramatically.

Building a shitty site just for Google Adwords clicks is not going to make you much money. That's Internet Marketing 101. Ads are the bottom of the barrel when it comes to monetizing traffic.

The business model for these free sites is to build up a client base and reputation through offering a free and useful service, then make money off paid "premium" features.

Notice that ALL of the successful sites and apps use this model: Badoo, Tinder, OKCupid, Tagged, Skout, etc. Even the messaging apps do this.

cmrectro excellent post. I lived in the Philippines before. I didn't realize that the Philippines future was so bad. I've never been to Vietnam so can't compare. How long were you there for and what city? I actually thought things were improving in the Philippines. Korea is dumping a lot of tourist and money into Philippines. Also they have the most call centers of anywhere in world.

IKE I liked what you had to say about Phil too. Are you still in the Philippines? How do you like it compared to Eastern Europe? IKE what is your book about and when is it coming out?

The point you're missing is that those middle class girls are becoming more and more Westernized by the day. Girls in the West are easy too, but they're also annoying cunts that I can't be bothered to deal with. I next Pinays all the time for this.

If we ever see the telecommunications monopoly broken, this will get drastically worse overnight.

And most of those middle class girls are much less interested in older guys, which isn't a problem for me but would be for a lot of the guys drawn here.

To be blunt, that's what happens when you marry a girl who's entire family is desperately poor.

Did these guys expect their new wife to come live a comfortable suburban life with them and completely forget their starving family? The sociopathy that would would reveal is a far worse character trait than dedication to family.

You see the forum's China experts say the same thing about the women there's dedication to family, the difference is they're not marrying girls who were raised in a wooden shack.

If you stay off dating sites, steer clear of Makati, Mango Square (or whatever is the main area of Cebu), Boracay, learn some Tagalog, and build a social circle, I have no doubt that you could find a very conservative and cute girl here that would make a fine wife.

Very eloquent post. I agree that you can't find a good girl on a Western dating site. You're basically just finding Western groupies. I remember a story on SwoopTheWorld where all 3 guys banged the same girl that they met on a dating site. I'm not sure if that was in Thailand or Philippines. You couldn't feel very special after that experience.

I've never done a dating site in Philippines and have traveled to 10 islands there. Yes it's quite different when you get away from the few tourist traps!

Cmrectro,
Excellent post on the reasons why things are so fucked up in the PI.

Would the one child policy that China had, be of any help if it were to be implemented in the PI? Especially to limit the poor to reproduce like rabbits who not contributing at all in the economy?

What are your thoughs on something like that?

Anyone think that this is going to raise my value and interest by girls by them seeing I live here? vs say just staying at a plain boring condo or boring hotel in Makati?

this place has Paris Beach Club designed by the celebrety, a beach, wave pool and more on a brand new luxury condo development that I can afford to rent and stay on. Anyone thing this will raise interest and increase likely hood of them coming back to 'my pad' on same day meet?
So far it seems so from one user that was enthusiastic about meeting me and was more than willing to go right there to Paris Beach club. what do other people think?

I am using this place to live in and hopefully pull easily from Malate, Pasay, Taguig, Makati, Pas Pinas, paranque, Muntinlupa, parts of Cavite and Pasig. :

lol @ using this place for that.

What does this place cost? My opinion is that it is major overkill. I think it has a negative impact. Girls will think you are very rich and expect bigger dates and more money. If that is what you want then stay there. Even if you lived in a two star hotel, it is nicer than the houses of 90% of the girls you'll date.

I need to get stable and set up in Canada before the next winter comes so I don't really want to delay longer than 6 months. this only worries me cuz the one from Davao already gave me hints of something that make her questionable as one I can truest I will probably use my time to go to Samar anyways then cuz I think people are forced to grow up honest. I think geography can do a lot to help you narrow down to more honest people. One time I asked an older man how the girls were in this small village near Cotabato and their observations of the girls seemed to prove what I was thinking. People tell me different in Cebu, Cagayan de Oro and tondo. I also got this honest vibe fro the regular girls in Cotabato city. they seemed solid in their good personalities so I think going to Cotabato city might be a good option if you have a time limit for finding a girl you know you can trust. I am told they grow up in strict religious control so less risk for erratic behavior later on. That is just my guess though. There are a lot of gold diggers I have easily filtered out. I don't think you want to bring one of those back to Toronto lol

Mindinao where are you from? What country? How old are you? Cotabato city, where is Cotoabato City? I never heard of it. The towns in Samar are on the Western side and not the East? Why would you want to marry some girl you've only known for 6 months and then take her back to Canada? You're looking for a wife, not shopping for a car.

Serious vetting is definitely an understatement! Funny how they all say one of their best qualities is "loyal" on Filipino Cupid.
loyal that's a laugh! Most are big cheaters. They'll leave you for the next bigger fish! I see on all the Russian dating sites, they are all family oriented. That's a joke. They want to steal the money from your family, so I guess that means family oriented.

RE: The Philippines thread
It’s my turn to give back to the forum a tiny little bit of all the priceless info I’ve collected here. As I was writing a few months back, I’ve spent four weeks in SE Asia recently – a week in Thailand and 3 weeks in the ‘Pussyppines’. It won’t be a surprise to anyone on this forum that I’ve had the most intense sexual activity in all my life. The easiness of banging is ridiculous in the PI, as has been widely reported here. Well I had to judge it for myself, and the least I can say is that I wasn’t disappointed. It totally blew my mind.

Let’s get a bit more specific as some of you might be interested. My breakdown is as follows:
- 15 bangs (5 in Thailand and 10 in the PI);
→13 bangs from online game (including the 10 Filipinas);
→ 2 bangs from night game;
- 3 new flags (Malaysia, PI, Mozambique Smile );
- an average quality of girls of 6.6, ranging between 5 and 8.5. I tried to be as objective as possible when ranking each girl.

Honestly if I had had better logistics and higher sex drive, I could have fucked 3 girls a day. I’m not reinventing the wheel here; all RVF members who’ve spent time there – or are currently there – know what I’m taking about. Now I get a very good sense of what the ‘white god factor’ is!!!

A few random facts and stories:
- I had sex with a 24-year old virgin Filipina who was a good 7. She turned out to be super horny after the inevitable initial pain: the more we were having sex the more she was enjoying it and asking for other rounds. Spent 3 days around Cebu with her. It was some of the best time of my trip; I almost fell in love hahaha… Still in contact, but well I guess now that she has tasted the fruit she will soon enough become addicted to it. Anyway, very tight (obviously) pussy, awesome memories.
- I had sex with a pregnant girl. Just 3 month pregnant though, terrible story actually. The most beautiful girl I’ve ever had sex with. She was a gorgeous petite 8.5 Filipina with some Spanish blood. She didn’t really want the baby but decided to keep it (1) because of her retard catholic family who keeps telling her that it’s a punishment of God for fucking with a guy who was not her husband, and (2) for the abysmal lack of information on family planning and abortion options in the PI. But this is another topic… I feel sorry for her anyway.
- I had sex with three upmarket girls (1 in BKK and 2 in the PI), including one whose granddad used to be number 4 in a former pinay government. Needless to say these high-end chicks were totally westernised, very well educated and well travelled… But still so much more attractive, witty and charming than the white chicks we have back home. I had very meaningful convos with the two Filipinas, and it really made me hopeful to see how much they long for a change in their country, and how willing they are to tackle some of the issues faced there (education, corruption, infrastructure, environment to name a few). These girls are probably the next CEOs / policymakers / politicians of the country, so it’s encouraging to see the kind of mindset they have. Great energy, very inspiring!
- Last but not least I had sex with a national handball player (OK the national handball team in the PH does not play at an amazing level, but still)… She actually had a very toned body and knew how to use it despite her young age. It was my fastest bang ever. We matched on tinder late arvo, chatted for a while, 1 hour later she came to my hotel room (without having been introduced to me before), we talked for about 5 minutes (literally), and while talking I slowly took off her pants and with no further notice started to lick her pussy. Banged her all night then. Crazy shit really… Now that I’m back in Sydney I struggle to believe this actually happened!!!

Personal tastes: the Malaysian girl I had sex with from night game in Thailand had a great body, but her pussy was a bit smelly. The girl from Mozambique was 30-something, not slim but she had an amazing butt that I’ll always remember. Other than that, I largely preferred Pinays over Thai girls. Conversations were much more meaningful just because their English ranges from very good to fluent. I spent less time in Thailand, so I’m not in the best position to provide an accurate comparison though. From my limited experience I’d say pinay girls tend to be flakier. At the end of my trip I was setting double to triple dates, as I was pretty sure most would cancel at the last minute or show up 3 hours late (reasons: traffic, school, parents, etc.). This did not happen in Thailand (but I had only 3 bangs from online game so it’s hard to draw conclusions from such a small sample).

Other highlights of my trip (not girl related):
- Negros Island. If you happen to be in Cebu and want to catch a glimpse of the authentic, off-the-beaten-tracks PI, I’d recommend this island. Take a ferry or a bus+barge (much cheaper option but a bit longer) to Dumaguete. Thanks to Scotian for giving me the idea of checking out that place. It’s a very laid-back town with great restaurants and cafés, people are super friendly and the surroundings are perfect for people who, like me, enjoy outdoorsy stuff. When in Duma I had the feeling I was in Cuba. I didn’t engage in any game there because I was preparing a trek. I recommend Cuernos de Negros, a volcano overlooking the town of Duma (nice waterfalls and crater lakes on the way up). I then headed to Sipalay (remote beach between Duma and Bacolod), which is a long way by bus from Duma (6 to 8 hours, 3 different buses + mototaxi + boat), but the trip is well worth it. A few, mainly European, tourists there, but you can easily find secluded beaches with literally nobody. I was there by myself but I’d say it’s a great place to take a girl with you. Bacolod seemed nice as well (much bigger than Duma) and I spotted a couple of hot chicks there, but did not stay overnight so these are only postulations.
- Zambales (Anawangin Cove). I went there on a day trip with a Manila girl (because she had a car). This is a roughly 4-hour trip from the capital, so we had to head off before dawn. There’s a 3-hour hike to do there up to a hill called Mount Pundaquit. From there the view is spectacular on the Anawangin Cove. Then the track goes down to the cove where we stayed for a while (the beach is average) and then went back to the car by boat. I found it a very nice getaway if you want to escape from that shithole named Manila. Just a few words about that chick, 22 years old, she’s a 6.5 (crooked teeth). Lately she has spent a lot of her free time fucking foreigners, so I guess some of you may know her as well!!
Just to clarify. I do not pretend to know the country very well, as it was just a 3-week trip there and I am well aware there is heaps more I haven’t had a chance to visit. I am also pretty sure that several of you guys have a good knowledge of the archipelago, and would have heaps more spot-on suggestions. The idea in this post is just sharing my positive experiences as a newbie traveller in the PI Smile

Some regrets:
- I spent 6 days in Manila but was mostly dating and banging, so did not have a chance to see the cool parts of the city. I was staying in Makati near Greenbelt, and hated the little that I saw. The extreme rich/poor contrast is just too much to handle for me.
- I regret I haven’t gone out more often to improve my day and night games. I am a beta and was hoping I would practice, but it didn’t happen simply because I got lazy as I had a constant flow of fresh pussy from tinder. I was supposed to meet a RVF member in Cebu to practice day game, but our schedules didn’t match.
- I experienced loneliness. If I’m not wrong Onto touched on this topic a few months back. I did meet heaps of people – not only girls – but still spent considerable time by myself. Don’t get me wrong, some time alone can be very positive for self-reflection and even rewarding, but sometimes I would have liked a travel buddy with me. I don’t know how you guys deal with it when traveling solo. In my case, I guess I would feel more comfortable if I was long-term relocating to a place in SE Asia and building a local network of friends.
- I don’t recommend staying in Rajah Hotel in Cebu. It is a shabby place and totally overpriced in my opinion (wifi not working, cold shower, room without window, all that for $50 a night). I liked the Fuente Osmeña area though, because of the good restaurants. Try the STK, great seafood place. Still, Ayala mall would be a better bet as a mid-term location.

Next trip:
Indonesia probably. From what I’ve read gaming girls is as easy there as in the PI. I am contemplating the idea of settling there, preferably in a second tier city (Jakarta sounds even worse than Manila traffic wise…). Honestly, it’s so fulfilling to feel highly prised and to get easy and good quality pussy wherever you go, without having to work your ass off to get it….

That’s it for now, sorry for this report is a bit messy but I’m time limited!

Face the reality, if you were born here and already adult age, you would know all to well that the only way out of this situation is out of the Philippines itself, cuz there is nothing on the horizon that will change it.

Unfortunately, they all know the only solution is to send the men to work overseas as slaves and worse for the women. The folks in power like to glorify OFW's when in reality they're getting used and abused for pennies.

It's very mean spirited to say that but it's true. The OFW thing reduces population and brings in foreign money. The brightest minds they have to offer are sent to do menial work - while the rest stay and leech off of remittances.

What that means for me is that if I can keep my US dollars flowing, I have an unlimited amount of cheap labor for any ridiculous task.

If people here started using any sort of birth control, this nation's problems would be solved in about 30 or 40 years...

A number of my lays had never used a condom until I met them. More than one of them ended up pregnant after me with a pinoy BF.

There's no consequences for rawdogging these girls but you're a real shitbag if you blow inside a girl up here and don't send a few dollars a month.

For many reasons, it's unreasonable to say that they should know better than to let you do that to them.

For those of you that want to find wives here - keep this all in mind. They're raised in this system. After my Pinoy LTR, I can't take the vast majority of them seriously anymore.

There are good ones out there - but there are a hundred pump-and-dumps for every one of them. Any chick that you all can get to jump on your cock after two hours and $2 in bubble tea isn't wife material for me. I'm learning to start pursuing the girls who take more than that to bed (East Asians).

Excellent post on the reasons why things are so fucked up in the PI.

Would the one child policy that China had, be of any help if it were to be implemented in the PI? Especially to limit the poor to reproduce like rabbits who not contributing at all in the economy?

What are your thoughs on something like that?

Yes it would do there just what it did for China. But it is not a matter of if it would work, but if it could come through. The RH bill took decades to work through. In this decade there is not even a one child policy in the talks. So by the time it could be brought up and actually enacted and enforced, we might all be dead already lol
In this kind of country such a thing won't come easy, if at all in the future.

I was there for 3 months. But that barely even matters. All I learned , I did from studying and observing online. Most of this you don't necessarily learn on the ground. Yes Philippines is improving BUT not in a way many would like. It is improving for some and leaving most of the people behind because it is considered non-inclusive growth. That is why the boom is producing more condo developments but all those slums remain. in all those slums, nothing would look any different today than they did 15 years ago. The same lifestyle they had 15 years ago is here today and years in the future would probably be more or less the same while more condos rise nearby and fill with foreigners and some lucky locals.

Face the reality, if you were born here and already adult age, you would know all to well that the only way out of this situation is out of the Philippines itself, cuz there is nothing on the horizon that will change it.

Yes I am not surprised you can confirm this.

I did forget to include my thoughts about politics. To add insult to injury, the type of government and policies makes it even easier to make a country this way because of restrictions I heard that are actually preventing the country from 'opening up'
