Dollar for dollar I will take Greece/Turkey and let them come to you in the summer. Better food and logistics with all using english. Puts you (smooth americanaki) at an advantage. More obesity in England than anywhere else in Europe probably, but, there's still tons of hotties as well. Krakow a lot more to see and more nightlife. Wroclaw is a one trick pony. You may get a warmer welcome from girls in Wroclaw since there are less foreigners there, but that doesn't mean they'll actually go all the way with you. Krakow has a more gritty atmosphere. It's up to you.

I'd say it is more like because of race-wealth association, not because they actually prefer white people. Look on the upper middle class there, very few (if any) upscale Thai girls marry white foreigners.

I have never been to Thailand, so I can't speak to what happens there, but here in Canada, Asians in general are very much enamored with white people. In most of Asia, being fair is a sign of being rich or upper class. It is not uncommon to see dorky looking white guys with Asian girls that are at least 2 points higher. It's always the Asian girls with the white guys though, the other way around is much rarer, even though it does happen. But, only if the guy is what is known as CBC(Canadian Born Chinese).

I wanted to share some thoughts on Poznan during the month of August.

Bottom line: It's really really bad.

1. The clubs are mostly dead. A couple of them have temporarily shut down. Saturday is really the only reliable night, whereas before you could party 5 times a week.

2. The sex ratio has gotten worse, from a starting point that wasn't that great to begin with. I'm talking 4 guys for every girl in some spots. I've stepped foot into clubs that were 6 to 1.

3. The girls are older and more likely to be a local. Due to wanting to protect their reputation, they don't move nearly as fast as the college girls. I met a girl who admitted she hasn't gotten laid in a year, but dissed me and every other guy the night I met her.

4. The girls put much less effort into their appearance. Last night more than half of the girls were wearing ballet flats. Before over 80% would be wearing heels. There are still girls who look sexy, but it's much less.

5. Attitudes are much higher. I'm actually getting blown out every few approaches. Before this did not happen. Local women are not nearly as friendly. They have a "my shit don't stink" vibe, because they know their power is increased when the students are gone. I always see this one older Polish woman (about 32) who is a 6 and a single mother but she is acting like the queen of the club. She thinks she's a celebrity.

6. English is not as common. About half of the girls don't speak it and usually don't want to indulge my basic Polish for a couple minutes.

7. Very mediocre quality. Before I could easily do 10 approaches a night on girls who were 7s and above, but I'd be lucky to approach two 7s a night now. I've had to lower my standards.

8. A lot more cockblocking. It's happening every other approach. Now I'm seeing pretty girls with ugly fat hog girlfriends, whereas before the whole group would be pretty.

9. Day game is a good alternative, but even there I'm seeing fewer younger girls. Mostly it's the older professional type, which I don't normally go for.

May was amazing, June was still good, and then July it took a turn for the worst. While I'm currently banging a nice girl, I haven't gotten a new notch in two weeks, which is the longest that has happened in Poznan. I talked to a Latino expat who lived here for three years and he says it's like that every August, and to be patient.

To give you an idea of the difficulties, this week I went out four nights and did about 25 approaches. I also did about 5 day approaches in the mall. My tally:

4 phone numbers (2 were high quality that I will pursue)
1 makeout/grope session in the club that ended due to a cockblock

During May, I would have banged at least twice from that type of effort.

In conclusion, DO NOT come during July or August. It's funny how in DC you "bun up" with a girl in the winter, but in Poznan you do that in August. Right now I'm not assuming that October will be better than May. It's possible I came during a sweet spot and it won't be duplicated again. We shall see.

I have lived in a large Dutch city bustling with student life for the last 4 years but the scene in the summer is exactly the same here. If I were you, I'd make sure that next year - assuming you stay in Europe - you take account of this. From what i can make out, every student city in Europe is exactly the same and consequently the summer in the city sucks.

^ Agreed. People usually aren't visibly stupid here. They may sound 'slow' if they try to speak English and don't know it well but if you were to converse in Polish you would see that it doesn't usually stem from stupidity.

However sarcasm is not too well understood more often than not. In my experience, this applies to Europe as a whole (including Western Europe). They are more straight forward in their thinking as in they assume by default that you mean what you say.

In a way, a big 'fun factor' is gone in Europe compared to the states. People are generally more serious and 'nerdish' unless they are drunk out of their mind (e.g. England at almost any given weekend night). In Poland, it's actually very rare to see a girl drunk out of her mind.

Roosh, Why don't you use the Internet? You could create a profile, use google translate to Polish, and just start sending out cookie cutter messages. I wouldn't suggest this when you have better options but it sounds like you have some downtime now. You have to use every means necessary... give it a shot, at least you'll learn something.

Hi all! New to forum and wanted to first give thanks for all the great information. Onward...

It would appear my travels have brought me through Poland at the worst possible time. Prior to arriving in Wroclaw, I was in St. Pete, Riga and Vilnius. If asked a month ago I would have without hesitation said Wroclaw would be the easiest to pull. Dead wrong! I have gotten nothing but attitude and this is from girls that are way below my bang standards. There is a very low percentage of good looking girls and the amount that speak english is much lower than i expected. The only success i am having is during the day. The girls still give me that wow look when i am talking to them. The problem...there aren't enough hotties during the day. Yes, my standards are high but in several hours i saw 3 girls that most would agree are very attractive. The rest are falling in the categories of pass or cute enough with a few beers and no other options.

does anybody have suggestions on how i can salvage this situation? I am putting in so much effort with zero return and it is really pissing me off. This is after killing it in vilnius. What a let down...
