Her: would like to, but i'm hitting up the city this weekend.(I definitely have better plans and probably fucking a dude in the city)
I was thinking of pushing for monday night. Or some week night.
What do you think, players?

You can guarantee that bitch was typing, swiping and scrolling on her iPhone, iPad and Laptop when she "was in bed", but didn't respond.
Personally, I wouldn't respond, then in a week send her the "wrong" text such as:
"yea I'll see u around 8 at (fill in popular bar)"
This will send her hamster into overdrive, she'll probably text you, then you say "wrong person. watsup w u"
Then take it from there, never mentioning the flake.
When you don't react to a flaked text it does a couple of things:
1. Shows she's not even a blip on your radar so you can't even be bothered to respond.
2. The "wrong" text puts in her mind that you have other options and gets her intrigued again, ESPECIALLY since you didn't chase her.
I don't know where you live, but here in the US, much of game with chicks now days, is merely out not-caring the most.

I'd say you're firmly in her rear-view mirror. Next.

so, if someone has prior plans and can't meet up, then it's next? doesn't that seem a bit overly zealous? just because she won't meet up now doesn't mean she's necessarily completely gone. or am I missing something.

I read your convo to fast and jumped the gun. Yes follow up with her later on don't eject.
But the whole cuddling thing and winky faces...that's gotta go (imo). Heres another text that i learned from McQueen...be more direct: "Meet me at X at Y time, wear something cute"
Scroll back a few pages, LOTS of great texts to use.

Sounds like you might've missed it, but he was saying not only to not include the smiley, but to drop the cuddling part.
The only time you should be inviting a girl over to cuddle is if it's done tongue in cheek and blatantly obvious you're not asking her to cuddle.
Such as, "I'm gonna cuddle the fuck out of you" or "I'm gonna cuddle you so hard" etc...

My circle stretches pretty far and a lot of people knew why I've been gone so I feel like playing up the "international man of mystery" card at some point would be an effective teaser.

Personally, I'd have said, keep your Weds night free, and then this afternoon said meet me here at this time, but what do I know? I'm not really skilled with internet chicks either, but I'd imagine your flake rate is going to be way higher with someone that has zero invested in your interactions with her.
As a side note, I'm really pleased to see where this topic has gone.
Actually we've hungout a few times with mutual friends, never hungout alone.
Why are you pissed ?

I messaged a polish girl on OKC that she should teach me polish, at first she said, "no way, it's too hard for you."
But I persisted and now she's like, "when do you want to do our first lesson?" But I think she's totally serious. Should I just try to parlay it into drinks or something, or should I actually get free polish lessons. Lol

how about you bring a friend and i bring one of mine so we can all hang out'

It's not clear on exactly what you wanna accomplish with this, are these all girls you want to bang?
Or are you just looking to get out and start back into certain social circles for parties/events?
You'd prolly wanna play up the contrast of people being stuck in same boring spot vs you out travelling.
Anyway, some restart texts I've used to good effect, and that I've recommended to others with success:
"Hey you/stranger" (normally I wouldn't add the "you/stranger" but it takes girls by surprise when you've been gone a long time)
"Pretty sure I met your long list twin overseas"
"Finally home, and just remembered something you told me before I left"
"Back in town, prepare your liver"
"Just landed back home and I already need a drink"
Basically, the idea is you're not spitting out exact details/travel stories to someone out of the blue, but you're leaving them some bait with a fairly short text.
