That said, I'm abit shocked that I've out-swiped the 25-29 range completely. HOPEFULLY it's a bug because I only recently started swiping. Got some matches with some cuties, will see what happens.
I'm assuming 18-21 range will have lots of chicks BUT...
A. I'm a fan of more developed looking chicks (not some chick who never seen a dick before)
B. I don't feel like using my "connects" to bring out underage chicks (Found out one of my model gals is 19...What a surprise)
C. Less likely to have their own place (Tired of FIT and NYU chicks who try to sneak me in their dorm)
You think 18-21 yr old chicks havnt seen dick before? lol Those are the most sluttiest chicks out there. I cant even fuck a girl over 22. Especially 25-29, by that age theyre used and abused. Their looks have started to decline in most cases.
Fuckin 18 year old pussy in the best thing one can do.
Hahahaah it's an inside joke I have due to the fact that I once was making out with this hottie who just a year or 2 prior she was at disneyl world with her thumbs up, was such a turn off I couldn't even think about her sexually ever again.
Alot of the model chicks I meet are in the 18-20 range BUT I prefer mid 20s since they look much more developed.
In real life I get much more attention than on this tinder app. I only have gotten 7 matches and only 3 of them were willing to have a conversation. They are kind of meh and below my standard.

That's the nature of the beast man. It's a trade off. Making a tinder account and swiping literally requires zero effort and to some degree, very little game. I'm sure there is some level of game in getting the number/setting a meet up, but in my mind, this app, and OLD overall, is a low investment scenario, in which you get what you get.
If you want the knockouts, the jaw droppers, you have to get them out in the field. Day and night game approaches. Where you're separating yourself from the rest of the pack as opposed to just being another guy online in a world full of unlimited profiles for them to click through.
A lot is made about how much attention the knockouts get, but in real life -- I'm not so sure. I think if you have 10 men, and 1 knockout, 7 or 8 of those men would oogle her from afar and talk to their friends about how hot she is -- and 1 to 2 men would actually try to go up and talk to her. And then out of those 2 men, how often is it a man with game? Remember, being confident enough to approach a girl is just one part of the battle. You also have to know what to say and how to react in the situation.
If you are getting better results offline, and I think most men do, just take tinder for what it is. It's all house money. Any girls you meet off there are girls you wouldn't have met otherwise.

For every gurl who flirts hard with me and thinks im hot maybe 20% of them come through. probably less like 10%. These are usually really hot 8+ 18-19 yr olds tho. Probably easier to get an older chick thats bored with less social life to actually chill.
I've been aiming at younger girls under 21 and have gotten better success 21-25 range is FULL of flakes. It truly is a swiping game.
Swipe first, filter later.
In other new I got another tinder bang last night, i might keep this one around, she's new to socal from idaho.
I think most hot, young chicks are flakey. I seriously had like 5 girls down to chill last weekend and they all flaked. Have no tinder girls now LOL

My fear is that some of these girls are not really legal. One chick, it said she was 20, but in her profile she wrote "I'm actually 18. I don't know why Tinder has me down as being 20."
I try to stay away from the teens for that reason.
In Canada i dont have to worry about that thankfully.

My question is: if I'm seeing 20, 21, 22 year olds on there as "potential matches" ie...able to see their profile and "green heart" them.....does that mean they set their settings for someone my age being acceptable?
Just curious because it seems girls that young won't even consider my age range on things like match.com...... etc.
I'm curious too. The women that we're being shown, are they girls that fit OUR parameters, or is it a mutual match?
Meaning, as you said, if you're 34, and you set your parameters to 18-25...these 18-25 year olds, are these girls who maybe have their own parameters set to 18-35? So you fall within it and they see you? Or are you swiping on girls that don't even know your profile exists and that's why you didn't get matched, because you're out of their parameters.
The same with mileage. If I set mine to 15, and I swipe on all the girls I like within that 15 mile radius, is my profile being shown to girls who only have their radius set to 10? I know in the settings Tinder says "some people may fall out of your parameters" or something like that, but I wonder just how many?
I know in this instant gratification, simple, minimalist culture we live in, we want everything to be quick and easy. Swipe right if you like, swipe left if no -- but it shouldn't be THAT simple. Because look at the amount of questions and concerns we have with how we're matched up with people. We don't know if the girls are swiping left because they're not interested, or if they're just not seeing us. We don't know if they see us around the same time we see them, we don't know if we see their profile on a Monday but they don't see us until Thursday. There's a lot we don't know.
All that being said, the app is far from perfect and there are a variety of areas that can be improved. This thing is really taking off in terms of popularity so hopefully the developers take it more seriously and really try to revolutionize how we approach OLD as opposed to ignoring bugs, not looking towards future improvements and ways to make the app better, etc.
I'm not sure if I should make this a new thread, but I'm seeking advice on:
The ETIQUETTE of a TINDER PARTY DATE...
A really cute girl I met on here invited me to a party this weekend. Now, I know how parties work; people dance, people mingle, with lots of other people. I don't want to leech onto this girl, but, at the same time, she's why I'm going. Should I approach other people? Should I focus solely on her?

Read a similar story before, if you really want the bang then just focus on her. mingle with other people to DHV?
Tinder uploaded a new update for download and it changes everything...
It will be a hell of a lot easier opening past matches who didn't go anywhere now. You can even open up chicks by commenting on their "moments". It's now a fusion of Tinder and Snapchat put together. Two things that are very easy to excel at.
Just when I think this app couldn't get any better, it goes and does this. I give it a week, maybe even days, and then I'll be able to crack it once again for maximum returns.
The only bad part about this is girls can now unmatch you but they could have just blocked you before anyway. Either way, the pros far outmatch the cons now.

Get to swiping.
Haha was just about to post this, ive never used snapchat so how does it work? Ways to DHV? I was thinking of taking pics of stuff im drinking at night like bottles of scotch, beer or something like that?

The other day I changed up my pics for Tinder and noticed a nice increase in matches. Basically re-shuffled my photos without adding anything new. Results definitely were noticable.
Of those results, I met up with a girl a few days ago and today got the bang.
Chick was a solid 8 travelling here from another state.
Saw her instagram open on her computer and looked it up when I got home.
That video is disheartening as fuck. Wow. I don't think any of us expected anything differently though. Between the guys who swipe right on everything and the guys who swipe on girls they find attractive -- an attractive girl is going to get a match with nearly every male profile. The male thirst these days is probably the thing I hate most about our gender. Guys really need to get laid. It's an emergency situation.
Explains a lot though. At least I know it's not me per se when it comes to this app, and just further proves that if you're gunning for the top prospects, you better go outside.
I'm glad they updated the app just to show that they actually care and are consciously trying to make it better. But nothing about the update actually makes me excited. I'm just hopeful for future updates/changes. It really felt for a moment there that the devs had no intention of improving the app. I stand corrected.
this thread has been great for me - all of a sudden I have a few dates lined up with girls younger than I've dated in a couple of years again. The snarky / playful vibe definitely works better on Tinder (even in my mid 30's) than it would anywhere else, and the 23-25 year olds lap it up.
In particular, the "Becky, I'm not necessarily just looking for casual sex" re-start line has had HANDS DOWN the highest restart conversion rate that I have ever seen. It's epic. Thank you to the guru who came up with it. It's literally worked to re-initiate conversation in a healthy frame 60% of the time (and most importantly, it's worked with the girls I wanted it to work with).
ONE QUESTION: It seems like Tinder is more for insta-dating in many respects, so maybe I should strategically plan my conversations, number-getting, and more aggressive flirts to be when I know I'll be in town for a week or so and we're likely to make it work without losing momentum. Whereas Match it's no biggie to delay for a week or more until schedules work - emails are more forgiving.
Another one that's worked great is the "Pffft… 3 miles. I could almost jog there without stopping to catch my breath" or some other variation (that particular self-deprecating one seems to work well with artsy/tatted chicas who you can tell don't work out but are still sexy. I wouldn't use that with a fit girl who obviously works out and I want to know that I work out).

I completely agree with you. Even after you get the number, Tinder girls lose interest remarkably quickly. I'd say that Tinder is most-effective if you're booking a date for either that night or for the night after.

NAILED IT
Get that damn number ASAP, get that date ASAP.
Otherwise you're lost in a sea of thirsty dudes on her matched list.
The ONLY way you'll get above all them is if you go on a date ASAP and game here, that leaves a lasting impression.
I've honestly had to double book dates because of flake rates and i literally was on a date with a new girl everyday for 5 days. Once you meet up with them it's a whole lot easier !
I feel like tinder is just an additional inconvenient step between day/night gaming numbers & a date. (it's just easier to swipe right rather than approach)
The videos above don't surprise me at all, then again, I swipe first, filter later.
Can girls tell when you read their message sometimes when they send I want to see it right away so I can think about the best response for a while. But if they see when I read it that obviously defeats the purpose
