Curious why you need to be so defensive - perhaps a window to your soul. You will find that Bostonians will not find any humor in bombing jokes for lets say the next 100 years or so.

It's possible the Tsarnaev brothers are not the Boston Marathon bombers. They could be copycats bombers. Or they could just be anti-authoritarian Chechnyans that had a screw come loose when 9000 police came into the neighborhood and started doing house by house searches.

The Tsarnaev brothers have held up a 7-11, car jacked, gotten in a shootout with the police, and are otherwise much more high profile than the Boston Marathon bombers were.

Chechnyans also did the Moscow Theater Hostage Crisis.

They had homemade grenades and bomb vests. Authorities are probably worried that he may have more explosives.
