This is one I've experienced a few times - wondering what other guys around here do in this situation. It usually throws me for a loop, which is not good when trying to hold frame. I believe when the girl says it she is being sincere. I usually say thanks. What do you guys do?

I usually either ignore or say "Yeah, cute like a caramel.".

1) do not respond to her compliment
2) do not compliment her

and then
talk to her, cause she's open.

I usually ignore, or give a simple thanks. Anything more makes you seem needy for attention.
