I can't bring myself to drink that shit on a daily basis, it's so fucking nasty even mixed in with other stuff. Tried mixing with water, OJ, apple juice, smoothies. It's vile.

I've been using a mix of Braggs ACV and baking soda as a deodorant for months. By far the most effective and longest lasting deodorant I've ever used

MrXY, you are wasting money.

Thats like buying a full course meal just so you can eat the appetizers.

You can get the same results buying the generic supermarket brand of ACV for topical applications.

Braggs or any organic ACV should be used for consumption.

As for how i drink 1/3 daily.
I fill a measuring cup (1/3) and pour a little into a glass, dilute, drink, Pour a little more, dilute, drink. I keep doing this till its all gone.

I do the same. My Braggs has lasted for ever with the mix. And I agree, it's been hotter than a b!tch in Toronto these days. I don't have AC and I haven't turned on my fan. Only use ACV and baking soda and my armpits stay gully...like da kid.

This is sort of gross but maybe it will help people who have a similar episode.

I had an unsightly, infected hair follicle near the base of my shaft that was a stubborn red bump for a whole week. I tried using neosporin, hydrocortizone, ice, acne cream, even stabbing it with a needle. The fucker would not pop. All it did was piss it off and make it more enflamed, nearly the size of a pea pretty deep under the skin. I was getting worried and self-conscious about it, so I decided to bring out the heavy artillery: Bragg's ACV.

I soaked a tiny piece of a cotton ball in ACV and taped it to the bump overnight on Sunday. In the morning, a scab was beginning to form on the bump and most of the swelling was gone. I repeated this for 3 more hours on Monday evening. The scab was more prominent and the swelling was completely gone. It is now fully scabbed and healing like any other small scrape would. I expect it to be completely unnoticeable by the time the weekend comes around.

WARNING: be careful with this stuff. Obviously, it is acid and will burn your skin if you use too much or keep it on too long. If you choose to try this for a similar blemish, check on it periodically and evaluate the pain level to ensure you aren't scarring yourself, especially on sensitive areas .

The "mother" is definitely the key. I came back to retrieve my bottle of ACV from the cupboard after being away for 2 months and the "mother in the bottom was like a floating jellyfish a half inch thick. I shook it to break it up and it was very cloudy and carbonated.

I mixed 2 oz with 8 oz of water and it actually tasted better than I recall, cue energy boost and power shit 1/2 hour later and I'm back on the wagon.

Anyone else let theirs sit around and have the mother blob grow gigantic?

ACV, water, honey.

Add water and/or honey to taste. Tastes like a sweet tart to me.

As a bonus, honey is good for you too. I buy the locally supplied honey versus the "name" stuff you find in your neighborhood mega grocery store but don't know if there is much difference.

Aztec *something or other* is a brand sold on Amazon. Was cheap, around 5 bucks IIRC, and works really well for a facial.

Update: I have been on ACV for a few months now and still feeling good, lost some weight in the midsection (have been eating healthy too), great energy/testosterone boost.

I recommend mixing it the ACV with Apple Juice (preferably organic/not from concentrate).

Had a 5 day bender with a buddy of mine who cane into Austin.

2nd day back on ACV and dear god...massive....cleansing, is what we'll call it.

Other than that, my skin color looks better already and I feel substantially better throughout the day.

I'm still on it, and can tell a difference when skipping a few days. Taking 2 cap fulls in the morning and night. Occasionally up the dose to 3/3 x2 when feeling the need to detox from a night of drinking/gambling/raw dogging.

I poured a half a bottle of ACV on this ugly chick in my apartment and she turned hot. She went from like a 5 to an 8, easily. One has to wonder what would have happened had I kept pouring.

I've been trying it and so far the most noticable effect is the massive dumps. Other than that I had an energy boost like crazy yesterday but this could also be from a nap I took. I will try this for a couple of weeks and see where it will lead.
