I bought some this weekend, Took a shot of it yesterday, was energetic for a while then crashed, but cured my hangover (aside from tiredness)

Today I diluted 3Tbsp in almost a L of water. Tastes just as bad as drinking it straight, except theres a L of it. Eating it with scrambled eggs feeling kind of nauesous and like I have to take the most explosive dump.

I drank half of it then filled the glass back up. Somehow it made it taste worse. What is this shit hahaha.

I've noticed this as well, diluting it just drags out the pain. I mix it with a little water because I've heard taking it straight isn't good, but not that much. About equal parts vinegar and water, I can still down it in two gulps.

I take a shot every morning. Havent noticed anything yet, but only have been at it for about 4-5 days.


I love the taste of it. I love the taste of vinegar. I used to sneak into the kitchen and try to drink all the vinegar before my mom found me. Vinegar was under lock and key at my house after a while.

Another great thing about this stuff is it somehow allowed me to pass a home screening drug test. I smoked less than two weeks ago )and my test came up negative.

ACV twice a day keeps the thc away.

Also,

Don't just mix it in the drink, make sure you drizzle some honey on the part of the cup where your mouth is going to be. The ACV/water will run over honey as you drink it which greatly reduces the bad taste.

Just had my first two doses last night and this morning. Just put 2 tablespoons worth in a glass and necked it straight.

Tastes pretty fowl but I can stomach it. Nothing really noticed yet but will see after a week or 2.

Yeah, it's brutal in the morning sometimes. I usually knock back some green tea, then eat, then gulp a thing of water and ACV. It sucks and I piss relentlessly, but I like the results too much to stop.

Been taking 1tbsp a day for about a week. Only thing I've noticed is I'm not getting bitten by mosquitoes as much as usual. Of course, the real test for this comes in a few months.

Mix it with unsulphered black strap molasses...filled with trace minerals and will def help your teeth...after a month I noticed my teeth were better.

I started on this about a week ago. I haven't felt a huge difference, but I do feel better overall. A LITTLE more focused, but been doing other things, more vitamins, baby aspirin a day, etc.

I got used to the taste. Using some good quality honey is key IMO.

Read this post last week and bought my first bottle. Awesome stuff. As others have said, very noticeable increase in sex drive and so much energy I want to jump out of my skin. Also, as others have said, makes me poop like a champ. Call me a sicko but I like the taste -- I sip it like a fine wine.

I think adding baking soda would defeat the purpose of taking the ACV, the acidity along with the proteins in the "mother" are key.

Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water after taking it. Its not like you're swishing it around in your mouth and its not like its going to dissolve your teeth instantaneously.
