Barpilot, explain something to me here. Clown game is where man offers sexual experiences to enliven woman's boring life. Man definitely has to expend his time and effort in clown game and he may also have to spend considerable money on clothes, nightclub fees, apartment and transportation expenses he would not have if celibate, etc. But all the woman carries away from all this expenditure is memories. I wholeheartedly agree with rudebwoy on this one. I have seen my inner game or 'alphaness' grow by leaps and bounds in just the past few years. I was pretty alpha in high school when I was an athlete but I turned into a fucking beta doughboy in my 20's.

Welcome to the forum. That is a very wide open question. And not so easy to answer. There are tons of 40+-year-old women out there. If you are in America there are many places to look. However quality, fit, stable and educated is a very tall order. Most are going to have baggage a lot of baggage, kids, a divorce or two, a job they may not like, lots of drinking and antidepressants. But there are still some good women. Meetup groups can be good, the outdoors kinds are better. Also, professional networking groups can yield some leads. But once again you have to do a lot of filtering.

You do not say a lot in your post. Your current situation, where you are located, what specifically do you want the women for, dating, marriage, FB's etc...

I do not really look for "quality" 40+ women in the US anymore. Occasionally I stumble across one but I am not holding my breath.

This is a really difficult thing - like searching for Unicorn. Most 40 yrs old are with heavy baggage - divorce, kids or some other shit.

That is funny. Not a lot of upscale liquor stores around here. But I am going to look. Another place that is sometimes productive is wholefoods market. Start asking questions about healthy foods. If she is just getting into it. She will be anxious to talk about it.

The idea to sit in your car and wait for a good one to enter is solid. It sounds inefficient, but how often do you go shopping? I wait up to 15 minutes rather than burn a shopping trip. Much more efficient to plan your entry than to waste time on a second trip.

I also try to keep notes about dates and times, because traffic varies from day to day and different times. Sunday evenings near a university is a great time to go grocery shopping.

In addition to wine stores, I like to shop at Target, Michaels' crafts - they sell photo albums and frames so its not 100% gay - and Panera sandwich shop.

For starters you don't want to get married if the woman isn't rich which is the only thing that would add value to your life if you married her. A 40 year old bachelor has a wide range of women to choose from that are under 40 provided he's in good shape and lives a decent lifestyle.

At 40 one should be looking to realize goals that haven't been realized and sometimes that requires lots of time and energy. Learning a new skill, sport, vocation are all things that are going to give back in the long run.

Thanksgiving day itself is past us, but you can always be thankful. Just put the hands together , look up and say "thank you higher power or whatever for preserving me from the pitfalls of the marriage racket".

As BassPlayaYo notes, marriage is only safe for the man of the woman is richer and even then it's debatable. Not a lot of men getting alimony. No need for a binding legal contract to get companionship, sex, shared expenses while traveling and the other benefits usually associated with marriage. I'm assuming a man over 40 isn't looking for children, but even there, you don't need marriage.

Here in Bumblefuck, USA, I attended a Spanish conversation group long ago for practice. 99% of the women were of no interest. But there was one very good looking and otherwise attractive 40 divorcee. That's how it is. You only need one. She only attended some of the meetings, so if I had attended only once myself, I wouldn't have met her. So try lots of these group activities, preferably something that really interests you. Ever tried fencing, as in sword fighting? There's a group for that here in Bumblefuck, believe it or not. A very small group, but there was one single woman there.

I agree about these groups. I met a 40 something divorcee attractive in very very good shape and it was through an international meetup group that met every two weeks I went to several meetings and the pickings were absolutely atrocious. Donny, I hear this a lot. But I just do not see it. I have asked multiple men on here how they find these younger women. But I usually get crickets. I have no problem with the 40+ and occasionally find a younger one. But the very young ones not so much.

Not being funny but why would you want a woman over age 40. Unless, you are age 70 or mid 60s at best.

Waiting outside a supermarket for a possible target, sounds like stalking to me. Just go about your everyday life and talk to people. Coffee shops, yoga classes, hair salons, certain gyms and shopping malls should be the primary hunting ground.

This has been mentioned countless times, but women like nice things. So target luxury places and you will find your target.

Any "high end" grocery store or wine shop during the early afternoon/early evening usually will be crawling with this demo. Once a week I land a potential plate in grocery store game, albeit at a Whole Foods or similar, and when I know the woman is available (no kids running around, no flashy object on her ring finger). The wine shop could be even easier. Go there tonight, and if you see one, ask her for a recommendation or two for a bottle of wine you need to buy a client for a christmas gift, or for a secret santa office gift. That breaks the ice, and most women will gladly give you their selection. You can take it from there (and save the wine she offers up in your memory bank, as your first date should be at your place with a bottle of her choice chilled).
