Yeah the standards of beauty are fucked. "phat ass/ thick bitch" are just fat acceptance terms. She's got a nice body but she's pretty close to being over weight.

On South Beach the thicc version of her is common fare. I have had quite a few fake asses and there are two types- Fat injections and implants. If pressed I prefer the fat injections because at least they are soft-female ass, even flat ass, should be soft.
