I've never been into LA but it's just a preference. I'm not sure how you can base your decision on whether someone in a foreign country thinks "Man he's from LA, what a cool city!". I would say the only two cities in the US that are comparable that I enjoy are NYC and Chicago. Aside from Chicago being much cleaner and much cheaper NYC wins. They are the only two cities you can live with everything being super walkable and efficiently live without a car.

Some people may be brainwashed into thinking Chicago is the only good city on the planet but most people in the US have not traveled much. I don't care that much about "culture" in a city, I look for the best and most efficent quality of life that my money will get me. I can travel to any city in the world for culture.

Looking to spend the summer in Chicago.

A couple of questions for members who live in Chicago:

1. I liked the vibe of Wicker park last time I visited. I'm in my early 20s, recent grad, doing mostly daygame, into chill bars where you can talk. Is staying in wicker park a good move?

2. I found an apartment in wicker park for $1850/month for June and July. 1 bedroom fully furnished all to myself. Good deal?

If you liked Wicker Park before all of the neighborhoods are growing, so chances are it will be even better. $1850 is crazy cheap in Chicago I would jump on that. Thats near impossible to find on airbnb in the summer.

I'm planning on visiting Chicago this weekend, likely on Friday afternoon and leave Sunday although I could stay until Monday. Are any RVF members going to be around? Basically all I want to do is see a bit of the city, walk around, drink some beers at pubs and bars and if there's a ball game, I'd be down for that. I also wouldn't mind checking out the museum of science and industry. I'm not into PUA so sarging HB8s is out of the question but obviously I'll be out drinking at pubs so will definitely be talking to girls, like a normal dude does.

I'll probably drive but am also considering taking an Amtrak train from Detroit, the round trip is about $120, which is at least twice as expensive as driving but then I wouldn't have to worry about parking. If I do drive then perhaps I'll park my car at a city train station and take that into the downtown area because I'll probably end up staying outside of there since I don't want to spend all of my money on a pricey hotel, I'd rather buy beer and food. If anyone has a place I could crash at then that would be great, I'd be willing to pay or buy you a bunch of beer and food.

If any RVF guys are around this weekend and want to meet up then let me know, I should be there by 7-8pm on Friday.

I made it across the border boys, just outside of Flint, Michigan now. I came with some ketchup and all dressed potato chips (only sold in Canada) and some Kinder Surprise eggs (illegal in the US!). I took 200 mgs of modafinil and slammed a Monster energy drink so I’ll be flying all the way there! ETA 6:30pm local time

^I’ll be driving through Michigan tomorrow if you want to meet up. Last night was a great time, met some local RVF dudes, there’s a great crew in Chicago. We all met at an Irish pub and drank tons of beer, I’m pretty sure there was some tequila involved. My last memory was stuffing my face with a burrito, I’m having the other half for breakfast right now.

So I made it back to Canada after a weekend in Chicago and Detroit and it was a great time. On Saturday afternoon I went down to the lakefront area for the Chicago Air and Water show to meet my RVF buddy Thirty-Six who I first met in Medellin four years ago. I arrived late so missed most of it but still got to see the Thunder Birds show which was amazing, I've never seen fighter jet pilots flying like that, it was very impressive and there was a great crowd. We then hung out around there and walked up to the Drake hotel, I should have brought my swim trunks, I didn't realize that there's a pretty decent beach there with a beach bar.

We then met up with RVF newbie Docbel123, he's a younger guy originally from Chicago who now lives out of state, great dude who is doing very well. We hit up a lounge called Tavern in an area locals refer to as "Viagra Corner" haha, we also saw a girl who was a legit ten near there, hottest girl I've seen in awhile. Then we drank more beers at a nearby Irish pub that was less swanky.

We eventually made our way to the Salsa party at Grant Park and the pussy Gods must have been looking down on me because our Uber driver was from Cali, Colombia so I chatted her up in Spanish and got her Whatsapp, we may meet down there next winter. The salsa party was pretty fun but we arrived late and it ended shortly after we arrived. Then we met up with Doc Holliday and Diop again for a drink at a really nice place, forget the name but its huge and very nice.

Overall I was very impressed with Chicago, I didn't see much of the city outside of the downtown but I thought it was a very nice city, I especially liked the mixture of older brick buildings and well maintained architecture and newer, nice apartment buildings and sky scrapers. The random local people I met were very friendly and gave some good suggestions of bars to check out, pretty genuine down to earth people.

Big shout out to the Chicago RVF guys I met: Doc Holliday, Kid Twist, Charlemagne In Sweatpants and especially Diop for letting me crash at his place! I look forward to seeing you all again and the others who I missed.

Having stayed for a couple months and gamed in Chicago before, I have to say that the city does not get enough recognition for the quality of women. I know the hype is all about Miami and the women of Chi town do not have that same sex appeal that Miami girls do but there is definitely some quality to be had.

Big 10 country definitely knows how to make some sexyass white girls, that's for sure. The naturally tall midwestern blonde with a chiseled face and look that just oozes sex appeal, maybe its because of all the Scandinavian and Eastern European genetics running through the area.

The quality of Indian and Middle Eastern women in the city was probably the best I had seen of the major cities as well.

Hey everyone. I'm new to Red Pill, game, etc. I have been doing some reading of Roosh's books and The Rational Male, as well as YouTube videos from the RSD guys and reddit posts on The Red Pill subreddit. I just found out about this forum and decided to test my luck in hopes of getting some help from a real pick up artist or any more real experienced guys. I'm still a virgin and I have a bit more confidence with girls, (and got my first kiss at a halloween party), but I'm still not good enough to the point where I've lost my V card.

I am a Chicago native, and I go to college in Chicago. Believe it or not, there are about 6-7 big universities in the city of Chicago. So when you guys talk about all the pick up and game options there are in Chicago, (which there are a ton. I see so many hot women EVERYWHERE.) there are also about 6-7 universities all within an hour of eachother. So if you want hot city college chicks, come here. My goal is by my senior year of college to be fully red pilled and alpha that I can go to all these campuses and get laid big time. Also, my university in particular has mostly beta guys. I'm still beta though so I can't pick up women. (I am lifting though so it just takes time from here on out). So I figured I would offer some tips and add to this post because I know a TON of bars where all the college women go to, I know a TON of neighborhoods and areas where all of the alternative/arthoe girls are. I know lots of other places you guys could game. Are there any other Chicago pick up artists that would help me out? Maybe go sarging with me? Anyone willing to give me advice or help?

I see a ton of college kids. Maybe if it's just that I have an eye for them or that I think like them and I'm out the same times they are (I'm 18 so maybe it's natural instinct lol). I'll be glad to give you guys a few spots and locations but I don't want to say EVERYTHING bc I don't want the spots to get ruined by hundreds of people. Here are some locations/spots:

First off, all the city schools minus Columbia Chicago have open campuses. You could just walk around and game there.

DePaul and Loyola both have their main campuses, and they also have campuses in the loop (The centralized downtown in Chicago). The whole area of Jackson Blvrd is packed with hot college women. Usually not when it's cold though. DePaul's Loop campus is on Jackson, and Columbia also is a few blocks away. I go to DePaul and I'm always in the loop campus, I always see so many hotties. Just Jackson Blvrd itself has a lot because two massive college campuses really close to eachother.

And yeah some people go to Wrigleyville but only for games or frat parties. The Wrigleyville bars suck and no students go to them. Also PSA, a lot of the students in bars are underage with Fake ID's. They are over 18, but not many of them are actually 21.

Lincoln Park has a ton of bars. There are about 4-5 main Lincoln Park bars that all the DePaul kids go to. I can tell you guys the names through PM. Again, if I put this on the entire post I don't want a hundred dudes there bc I still want to have a chance to game too.

There is a party page for each school. It's usually some douchebag frat guy who posts addresses and different bar/club events for all the parties in the area. The one for DePaul has some pretty decent events, greek life parties, and clubs. Halloween was insane. This guy organized $30 all you could drink at a college bar and it was all freshman. I wish I went.

I could get you guys on that too if you'd like, (the page. and let you know about other events) My fake ID hasn't come in yet so I'll just tell you some of the bars now. Concrete Cowboy, Sub51, Tobacco Road (so I've heard), Lincoln Station/Lincoln Hall. There's a few bars I'll tell you through PM. Also keep in mind most people are on break until early January.

If you want alternative/arthoes, go to wicker park. Literally anywhere in wicker park, specifically the area by the Damen blue line stop and the stans donuts is filled with art hoes. It's insane. I wish I had the balls to approach.

There's a lot of 9's in Near North Side. There's another shopping district that is NOT mag mile in NNS. Lots of high fashion. Specifically by the Barney's New york store. Oak str, Walton st, Rush st. All in that high fashion area. Also, Mag Mile is amazing too but there's a ton of little nooks and cranies in the area as well that people overlook. First off, Water tower place is good for young women. Also a shopping place so lots of cute hot girls. Another cool place on Mag Mile is sort of near the river, there's like a coffee shop and a huge open pathway by trump towers. I see lots of women around there taking pictures for instagram and other nonsense. I don't know the location exactly so I'll quit rambling.

Also, take advantage of the museums. The entire museum campus is crawling with hot chicks during the summer. There's an insane photo op of the city there so along the Shedd aquarium path there's a ton of girls taking pics.

Museum of contemporary art, again, for arthoes. I never saw this mentioned: millenium park.... Has nobody gamed here? Also go to maggie daley park. All the rich moms go there for their kids. (beta bucks moms)

Navy Pier. Again, nobody mentioned this. It's like coney island junior.
