That's a good observation. This woman travels all the time, Europe, South America, Asia, Iceland, Alaska, East Coast, Florida, etc. Sometimes I think her profession is "world traveler" instead of mechanical engineer. She'll even travel with couples which seems strange to me. I would feel awkward being the third wheel on a vacation trip with a married couple. In all the years I've known her I never known her to date anyone or have a boyfriend. I know guys hit on her at our company and talked about how hot she is. Even her BBF got married a while back. I don't know her that well so I don't know what here world view or politics are.

Life itself forces most men to grow up. As Tim Allen once said, women have tons of choices, but men have two: Work or prison.

Older women who don't have children end up frozen in perpetual adolescence. Over and over again, they live out the dramas of a 12-year-old girl. Attempting to date (or befriend) most aging childless women is like falling backwards into middle school.

Back in 1991 it was "I won't date any guy who isn't into Nirvana." To a childless woman today it's "I won't date any guy who didn't vote for Obama." The names might change, but it's basically the same thing. Like teenyboppers, these women look to celebrities to complete their identity (as opposed to husbands and kids).

The other main qualities I've seen in childless women are the inability to learn from mistakes or to act on advice. These women tend to be real big on navel gazing and seeking endless opinions. But they don't seem to be able to actually put those opinions into action and alter their behavior.

It's gotten to the point where I will not give any advice to women like this. They're major time wasters.

In the summer of 2014, I had one come to me to learn about finance. I passed along info and told her what to do. I had been in a similar scenario back in 2002, and basically reiterated the steps that someone gave me that turned my financial status from bad to good.

The difference is that I acted on the advice. She didn't. She recently called me again saying she tried to hang herself because her finances were so bad. What has she been doing? She ran up her credit cards like an insane person, didn't save, and failed to invest anything (the last of these was particularly stupid, since the mutual funds I recommended have since skyrocketed).

Now I just have to figure out how to break it to her that she can't move into my place when she inevitably gets thrown out of her apartment. Maybe I can pretend I have a contagious disease: Barren-spinster-itis. The symptom is I can't stop vomiting in the presence of unused wombs.

Despite the print media dying in the ass, this is why you can't go a supermarket checkout without seeing five different celebrity gossip magazines arrayed at the counter.

My wife used to buy these things before we moved in together. On our first trip to buy groceries she picked up one of those magazines. I asked her "you don't seriously read that bullshit do you?" She was surprised. I explained that it was pure fabrication and pictures of celebrities padded by pages and pages of advertising. That she was literally paying to watch adverts. She said she never thought of it that way, and whether because of that advice or my disgust at the idea in general she hasn't bought one since.

I was reminded of this the other day when I saw a 25ish natural 7 buying one of those magazines along with sixty bucks worth of makeup. Sad.

You're proud of the way they do this. And grandkids - those are a lot of fun! They're cute and when they start to crap their pants or cry, you hand them off to the parents to deal with it So in a nutshell, in old age, the biggest thrills come from...vicariously watching others enjoy the thrill of youth.

So yeah, women go from being exciting and fun and playful and a thrilling challenge, to being a shit-show over the course of 20-30 years. And so does life, basically. Not that i'm being a pessimist. I'm going to try to find a way out of that paradigm. Not sure exactly how yet.

C-Section. I'll make sure to marry a petite asian so it will be "medically necessary" to get one.

Exactly. In the example I cited in my post above, I should have mentioned the woman in question bankrupted herself because of this type of obsessive traveling.

Staying home and researching closed-end funds or reading books on the stock market (all of which I recommended) was apparently "beneath" her.

You answered your own question there, Long Island Samson. Men aren't stupid. Even Blue Pill guys hear about incessant traveling and alarm bells go off, because they know the woman in question is 1). Expensive; 2). Probably fiscally irresponsible; 3). Has "notches" in more countries than you can imagine; and 4). Is a ticket to bankruptcy court.

Yes.
Fairy tales are messages & warnings in code from men in previous generations.

If the messages in fairy tales were told directly at face value they would be not understood (or fogotten) by children at a young age, and would also be censored and destroyed by future ruling classes with an agenda....but as fairy tales kids accept & remember them and the stories manage to sneak past most religious and governmental destructive purges.


If you have kids, I strongly reccomend reading them classic fairy tales before bedtime.
Reading is better than watching TV or online, cause the child will imagine the story themselves and it will be more strongly ingrained in their memory over time, and they wont forget it.

Agreed- I have a good friend, close to 50, who divorced her husband, got breast implants (I'm serious) and has been doing the "Eat, Pray, Love" thing for years, traveling all over the world screwing guys and bragging about her exploits. She is a professional in the truest sense of the word (a university professor, well-known and well-respected in her career, invited everywhere to give talks (and fuck the occasional colleague). She is ALWAYS going somewhere or doing something, and the few times we talk or text when I mention my gf or something fun we did she responds with "I don't want to be tied down. Am I happy? I think so." (this is almost verbatim from a brief text exchange yesterday). What I wanted to say is "Yes, you are happy, but in a few years you are going to be very very sorry."

I will give my two cents about this. Given the financial situation of many young men in current times, I would not be surprised if many here are light gigolos-male gold digger if you want to call it like that. These women are well more stable financially than many young men. These older women are easy, they love feeling they "still got it", they love attention they have not gotten in years, they love companionship, is not that hard for these younger men to eventually make these cougars to pay the bills and stuff like that, it also helps with the motherly instinct to take care of someone.

Back during the Victorian era is was not rare for young broke gentlemen to court, and marry some older wealthy women.
