Yes I would agree. I lived in London for a year and while I never live in Brum, I have been there a few times and passed through on several occasions and it always looked a bit grim, grey and uninspiring.
It's just not a very pretty city, while London is beautiful in certain parts.

I checked some resports whether it was a Christian extremist fighting back, but no such thing.

All involved were Somalis and the shooting took place near the Islamic center in Zurich and not in the center. Also another man was found shot under a bridge. Seems like the Somalis were involved in some drug turf war - getting them near their Islamic center was a good way since they do not expect things - classic mafia tactic.

When 12yo olds do terrorist attacks, then someone in their environment must have been radical. As for older men and women - they can easily return to the true spirit of Islam by going to Youtube. The intellectual ones can even do so by reading the Quran and Hadiths. The radical way is the only true way.

The Indians come from British-style school systems and Asian culture values education over everything. Moreover, they tend to readily accept being a minority culture and instead work on economic success.
