I haven't used Tinder since they came out with the "super like" thing, is it common for girls to use this? Maybe exclusively used by fat bitches?

-Control who you see
-Control what you show (age, distance)

I can my losses on this one as I spent three hours with her and I genuinely had to wake up at 6am the next day. She did need some loosening up and some shots would have done that but I just didn't have the time for this bullshit nor the want to have a hungover early the next morning. This is on holidays in Asia and I could have banged other girls in the bar it's not that hard but genuinely couldn't be fucked with it anymore with the early start the next day so called it a night.

Yeah, I've kept it. Didn't know about those last 3 bullets. Are those new, as in this week, upgrades? The 5 daily superlikes and location change are my favorite features. Can't emphasis how cool the location change is. You can literally spoof from turkey, to belize, to south africa in 10 minutes. I've also been using it to pipeline my first solo trip to lima in 2 weeks and the difference in match rate here in socal vs there is comical.

The only thing that is worth it is the "unlimited" swipes (you actually don't get unlimited as Tinder caches the profiles). Everything else isn't that useful or can be done other ways (like spoofing GPS using Bluestacks).

Conversely, has any girl from Tinder recognized you in real life from your Tinder profile?

A female friend of mine recognized a guy she matched with on Tinder one time but never met, while riding the subway.

I live in NYC, so due to sheer volume, I doubt anyone will recognize me unless I've had an extended conversation with them. After all, people never remember other people who they've only seen in a picture for a couple seconds.

They must be new because I haven't heard any buzz from the forum hivemind about it.

I spoof for trips using Bluestacks but sometimes if I switch locations too much (for example using it on my phone, then computer, etc) I think Tinder can tell I'm spoofing and they cut matches off. I'd pay for a year subscription if I could spoof and still use tinder from my phone...I have an iPhone and do most of my tindering from my office/on the toilet.

My only concern would be how they show the spoofing. I've seen girls profiles that say "swiping from xxx city" and if I was a girl and saw a guy swiping from another city, that screams thirst. Now with the hide location feature, I could easily swipe on a ton and they'd have no idea.

I've seen pretty much every single girl I know on Tinder from work colleagues to uni friends. If you're single you're on Tinder, at least in Aus.

One time, although we were actually texting and she knew I was in the area. Funny I didn't recognise her as I thought it was the girl to give me the keys to my apartment I had for the night. I only realised after a few minutes it was this tinder girl

This is what happened to me 2-3 days ago:

I changed my 2nd picture to just another normal (better) picture of me, and I also changed my 3rd picture to one where I stand with two bottles of champagne in my hands, a cigar in my mouth and a pretty hot girl in my arm (guess I look like kinda player/douchebagish). Within like 24h I went up to about 30 matches in my own city (I was pretty sure I had filtered this place out), which hasnt happened in months but thing is also - about 20 girls unmatched me. Just like that.

And that has certainly never happened to me before. Girls rarely unmatch me, and two of them I have met IRL, so I suppose it's not because I suddenly looked super-ugly or something. This was girls I just hadn't been talking to lately in 2-3 weeks or so.

My questions:

1. What would you guys guess that was all about?

2. Is there anyone here that would mind giving me some cool feedback if I sent over my Tinder-profile through PM?

When you change locations with tinder plus , it doesn't say you are swiping from xxxx anymore. It just shows your actual distance from the person. So someone from Europe swiping in NYC will just show them thousands of miles away.

From Sweden myself but live in city, I think the standard in Copenhagen is just a fucking complete disaster. Danish girls are too masculine and just about everyone looks the same and dress the same (hipster or all-black). I'd suggest you to go to Malmoe (less than 1h away) instead, the standard compared to CPH is quite significant, every guy who has seen both has also agreed with me on that (btw, shoot a PM if you wanna roll, I know pretty much all there is to the night life in this region).


Btw, actually got a Tinder-date there tonight. And I guess I played it quite well, I used this Timber-application that is in the Windows store, so I could see when chicks were logged on. Tinder Social just launched in Bangkok and I am getting shit tons of matches. Start a group with one of your buddies who has a good Tinder profile too and it will be ridiculously easy to get matches.

I just reinstalled this for the first time in 2 years and I have to say the talent is very disappointing and I'm in a large U.S. city. Did all the attractive girls move to other apps? I might uninstall again if there's a new "up and coming" app that people are on now.

So on friday I set up a Tinderdate with drinks at a bar with this italian chick (~7-8).
She was a bit nervous and uncomfortable until I kissed her about 30min in. We then went to another bar and then to a hotel and banged.

But I think I got two kinda interesting things out of this one...

Thing is, after the sex, we were about to sleep and she asked if I thought we should see each other again.
I said that I would like to but that I can't be arsed with Tinder girls.

So basically she had to delete her Tinder or it was gonna end there. She thought we should delete ours together, but I told her calmly that was not going to happen. She went back and forth about it, and said she couldn't believe how she had to delete her Tinder while I would get to keep mine.

I spoke with calm all the time and just told her that I already had enough options so I wouldn't have to see a chick who's on Tinder - why would I? If she wasn't willing to do it, there are others that would.

Then I just turned a bit cold on her and layed in the bed playing with my phone while she tried to cuddle. Then I turned my phone around to her so she could see my home screen, which basically looked like this:


Btw. Thing is, I use my iPad most of the time when I'm on Tinder so the notifications on my phone can build up for a few days before they reset themselves to zero. So it's not like I have 120 notifications every night. It's a lil fake it til you make it-thing.

Few minutes later I got to see when she went inside the app and deleted her account with 820-something matches and the app itself. She said I was "fucking crazy" and an "asshole" for doing this. But when we went home together the morning after (we almost live in the same part of the city) and talked about it, she also said that she liked me for it. That I was crazy in a good way and yadayada.

And that was that, basically...

But I just think all this with sort of holding the frame, then give the chick the choice to delete the app is something I will do every time now I meet a girl from Tinder.

It seemed like a big deal for her to delete it all. She might be back on the shit as I write this now (haha), but at least it was some kind of display of loyalty there. And I personally get a massive turn-off whenever a girl indicates she's seeing others, so this was nice.

The other thing was just that I asked when she decided she wanted to get fucked by me. She said she had fantasised about it when we matched and saw my pictures and then she kinda decided it after I kissed her because I did it so firm and she thought it was very hot (she was the kind of type that wanted me to have a hand on her throat while drilling her).

Tbh, I've never been a huge believer in game, per se, but in some aspects like this I guess it's quite applicable hehe.

This fucking app is shit.

I downloaded it, installed it, go to type in my FB login and after I type my email address then go to the password field it won't register my keystrokes.

Try a few more times doesn't work. Follow Tinders recommendation and reinstall the app. It lets me login this time then it has to text me a verification code. I get the text, type in the code, and it tells me the code is wrong. Double check, triple check, code is right still says its wrong. Click resend and it says its unable to resend. Go back to start over again and it wants me to login back into my FB account. Try doing that, same problem with the keystrokes not registering.

Fuck this garbage.

Okay I got it to work. Had to uninstall and re-install again. Kind of a pain how it takes your information directly from FB.

EDIT: continuously asks me to turn wifi on. If I turn wifi on it doesn't work. If I don't turn wifi on it keeps popping up continuously. Am I the only person who has these issues? How can such a trash app be so successful...

I've not seen those issues man but it is buggy as hell I see repeat matches and it doesn't register swipes sometimes. And if it times out connecting to Tinder then it loses the auth token and I have to reauthenticate. Mostly minor annoyances for me. Wait until you do your first accidental super like haha

After fighting with it I got the app to work finally (with wifi on...) Swipped for a little bit today. Matched with a couple girls. Sent basic openers (just shit like "Hola chica" or whatever). One of them unmatched me and one of them just didn't respond. The fuck.

I mean, I guess I'm just not used to Tinder, but it seems incredibly basic and simple. You match and then you chat. Why swipe right on someone you don't find attractive and want to talk/meet with?
