Move on. If she doesn't respond to a text that would necessitate some response then she's not interested. Don't spend any more mental energy on this girl. If you want send her a ping text in a week or two or hit her with "did you die" but don't expect much.

Give her a week or so and restart. Just a simple "Hey whats up." Girls get distracted sometimes. A lukewarm lead can turn into a bang with proper persistence.

Going cold and not responding right in the middle of a text conversation. I hit her up 2 days later and she's talkative again. Last time I texted her I asked her out. She didn't reply back but starting talking about some other shit.

Do I:

a) Straight up tell her that I don't have time for all this texting, ask her flat out if she wants to meet. If not, just say goodbye.

b) Give her the silent treatment.

c) Just continue texting back and forth?

Ask her out again, if she ignores it again just delete her number. You seem clouded by the fact she is an 8 or 9, if she was that interested in you she wouldn't ignore your earlier invitation to meet up. Sounds like she's just enjoying the attention and no real interest to meet up.

I'd suggest being more demanding and authoritative because she gets off on being a sub: tell her to try on different bdsm outfits and take a photo of each and text them to you, you will pick the one you like the best. Then tell her to come over wearing the outfit that you like best and cook for you. (I'd suggest getting all of the supplies for the cooking so all she has to do is come over to make it simple)
