Another indicator of how false this all this, and how stupid S. Jane Gari is, is her choice of the name "Susan" as the alleged Icelandic victim. Is Susan an Icelandic sounding name? Doesn't sound like it to me.

The reason I ask, is that I wondered if Gari did not somehow 'spread the story around' herself since I can't see how people would have normally even noticed it on her web site alone without any promotional push behind it. I think she might also try a replay of this again in a few years, no matter what the outcome on this go around, if it is forgotten and there is no legal action against her.

At this time, until a court case is started, I am predicting she will do nothing, and continue to try to 'ramp up' an Internet storm over the story. A court case might even, at first, help her out if her objective is notoriety for her books. If this course happens, I do expect that once it comes out the story was completely wrong, there may even be a tearful press conference by Gari where she explains how 'she was justified for what she did' under her belief's. (This is of course, completely wrong.)

At this time, I believe that there is no Susan and the whole story has been made up by Gari. I think Gari hopes or expects that she can find one of the women that you were with, and then start 'Gaslighting' them into what she wants them to believe happened and the story she wants them to tell everyone else.

Would it be possible for you to flee to Russia, just in case of more false accusations, or would you be required to be present in court in civil proceedings?

Something tells me that Roosh would stay to fight on principle, and one can only applaud him for that. But is also not unreasonable to take a realistic view of the rigged system Roosh is fighting in and flee.

Finally, if you are going to stay and fight, then don't go half-assed. I figure you know this already. If you go after her, go for her with absolutely no mercy, ruin her. Legally of course. Yes, the edit is wholly insufficient and changes nothing. If anything it just indicates her uncertainty and fear, since she knows she is lying.

If she doesn't do as requested in the letter within the 7 day timeframe, I would assume the suit would still go ahead. Her haphazard edit might even strengthen the case not that it is not strong enough already.

I agree. This situation needs to be used to prepare a 'play book' to run against people like this who use lies to try to ruin Roosh and all of the us. If Roosh falls, the rest of us are next and will be picked off one by one, and I do mean that literally. One of the alarming items is that at the 12:10 mark he cites to a work by J.D. Unwin titled Sex and Culture.
In it, Unwin studied 86 cultures and found that basically, when the women took over, it fell. The alarming part, if we agree with his work, is that once the process started none of the cultures were able to reverse it and it was only a matter of time before the culture fell.

I believe that things like Gari show that the west may have already reached the point of no return in that arch. If what Gari has done works, then it will be a definite sign the point of no return has been passed.

If Gari is stopped and discredited (which I have faith the Roosh can do), then there may still be a chance to reverse what is happening.

You know, from everything we have seen and confirmed here, I bet that if you told her that 'you are a member of ROK' that she would want to get banged by you; and I expect that after a few weeks this would even spread to her friends as they start to show you IOI.

It would be interesting to see if you told her what would happen. Doesn't look like she is going to comply. She has kept the article, hastily changed a few things in an attempt to protect herself, and posted a few "legal disclaimer" comments that read like the product of a desperate Google search. She seems quite stupid and immature.

I think she is so invested in her campaign against men that she will actually remain stubborn on this one. She is old, ugly and in no danger of any man wanting any sexual contact with her whatsoever, so I can only conclude that she is just old and bitter towards men as a whole for this very reason, that she is undesirable in every way and the best outlet for her angst is to throw as many men under the bus as possible, innocent, upstanding men, it matters little to her.
