This is very interesting, because if the deep state's goal is to overthrow Iran, as this article claims, Gen.Flynn was actually in agreement with them to some extent.

Flynn has been very vocal in his criticism of Iran and considered them the #1 sponsor of terrorism. You will recall he was really turning up the anti-Iran heat in the White House. I was actually becoming concerned because I thought it meant that the neocons were getting to Trump, but this interview casts everything in a different light.

Wouldn't it have been easier for them to try to convince Flynn that allying with Russia wasn't the best way to deal with Iran?
