It's part social conditioning, part evolution. Men (of all races) are innately attracted to fair-skinned women; that's just how it is. However, among Blacks, this attraction is heightened (at least in my opinion) because the media almost always show fair-skinned women as the ideal type of women, and fair-skinned Black women are always representative of our race on TV; you'll never see a Lupita Nyong'o in rap videos or your average cable TV show.

That's self-explanatory as well: that's just how modern urban youths dress. We're attracted to girls who dress like that because the majority of us dress like that too. If you go to places where urban fashion is prominent (like New York and LA) you'll see a lot of girls (and guys) who dress like what you're describing. We like people who are like us.

applies to both types:

Type 1:
