Spot on there, avoidance techniques are the only way to navigate going out on a regular basis otherwise you would get in trouble every week and not have any fun.

I've seen it before, that a tourist just visting, ends up in trouble, doesn't know what the people are like or what to expect ending up talking to the local tough guy then ending up in some trouble with a few punches

All those places are big, big cities.

You'll find a bit of everything from the scummiest, low class places to high end cocktail bars and restaurants. It's an impossible question to answer.

So true, and I've come to firm conclusion that girls ('indigenous' ones) here begin to age fairly rapidly post 25. Some of my female schoolfriends (26-27) are beginning to look....well, old and worn. There's exceptions of course.

It wouldn't be soley due to drinking and to be honest, the effects of drinking are overrated when it comes to aging. I've been drinking heavily for years, am nearly 25 and look better than I ever have. I truely believe aging is 90% genetics, disregarding something extreme like the person being in the sun 8 hours every day or damaging acne/scarring. Obviously eating like shit and not exercising will have its effects as well, but only due to weight gain. That's probably the main issue of UK girls- bad genetics + terrible diet/exercising habits.

Not enough sleep, bad diet, alcohol abuse, no exercise, stress in work... its a cocktail of things that makes a lot of people in the UK age awfully.

Aging doesn't really take serious hold till the late 20s, in my experience. Lots of guys&girls I know had terrible diets/lifestyles throughout uni and their early 20s and looked great. Its just when you start hitting 27/28+ and people have been living that lifestyle for 10 years that they really hit the wall.

The long term physical neglect combines with work becoming more stressful, metabolisms slowing down, hair loss starting etc. Its only in the late 20s that I think you start to really be able to tell the difference between people who take care of themselves and those who don't.

I also observed today how many slim blokes - and even some guys with beefy physiques - dating absolute monstrosities of cellulite. If you're looking for just a single indicator of the thirst that stalks the UK dating market, you would only need to observe the bizarrely mismatched good-looking guy and warwip girlfriend/wife to recognize this, since this phenomenon is becoming increasingly common here.

The problem with the substandard quality of British women is so bad, at least in my locality, that it's been getting in the way of my daygame routine, since it is taking me increasing amounts of time wandering around the malls before I even find a single woman that is half-way bangable to approach. Furthermore, the 7s upwards are so aware of their stratospheric SMV that they power march through the shopping precinct, rarely stopping for a moment, before rushing onto the next leg of their journey, no doubt designed as a form of bitch shield in order to deter any guy from approaching or at least leering at her for very long.

It's fucking insane here if you're a man looking for sexual release. It truly is the Twilight Zone of dating.

It sounds ridiculous but the standard of British woman has caused me to abandon going to bars and clubs.

Who would have thought that women could ever put men off from going out?

The money I used to pay on alcohol and to be in an environment where I might have met someone I liked, now pays for my gym membership and protein shakes.

I'm pretty much MGTOW from the uk dating market but I see a woman a few times a month for realty good sex. I'll have to start visiting mainland Europe for weekends to find relationship material.

You're only 25 and you're not a woman. I don't think we really know the full, long term effects that routine drunkeness has on women. The affects on pickled ovaries will probably not be fully apparent until the women's grand daughters come of age.

^ I think binge drinking is the problem, not drinking in moderation. Go anyplace in France, Spain, Italy or even Portugal and you will see plenty fit, attractive, elegant women in their 30s and 40s. Hell, I even see a lot of bangable 50+ year olds in these countries. They all drink on a regular basis too, its just in moderation. Of course they also eat a healthy diet, get regular exercise and put some effort into their appearance.
