Those two aren't mutually exclusive. She can be a health conscious dirty whore. Usually girls who become health conscious only do so after learning the hard way.

On the other hand, girls who do not insist on condoms after you tell them you're clean, usually have lower partner counts (below 20) and aren't as afraid of being fucked over.
