RE: Testosterone Levels
I'm in my late 30s.. Have not had a blood test so don't know my level. Not sure I want to either, but the other day as an experiment I ordered 10 fresh oysters at the fish shop. €4 a pop. Over the next 2 - 3 days didn't notice any difference in energy levels or amount of horniness so yeah not sure about that Casanova theory..

Oysters are high in selenium which is probably where the old wives' tale originated.

If you are not defecient/low (perhaps you already get enough in your diet) then you won't notice a difference.

If only you knew how bad things really are.

RE: Testosterone Levels
I snagged a T test some time ago, and I remember asking for the number. The doctor insisted I had "normal" levels. 530 ng/d is below average for a 30 year old man.

This is after doing a lot of the suggestions found on here and elsewhere. Dammit.

RE: Testosterone Levels
It's really hard to say what does what considering that your testosterone levels drop by about 10% year after year once you reach a certain age.

When I first started working out I felt horny as fuck all the time. Now? After working out I maybe pop a boner.
Same with protein, when I first started eating high fat/high protein diets I was horny as hell. Now? Not really?

Also, libido isn't always a good indicator of testosterone levels. I've met men with low levels who fuck all the time.

I will be checking my PMs weekly, so you can catch me there. I will not be posting.

1.5% total T per year after 30 roughly, and that's 1% of what remains, NOT 98% at age 32, 97% at 33, etc.

Bioavailable is, however, 2-3% of what remains each year, as above. This is mostly due to increasing SHBG (Sex hormone binding globulin) as you age.

What complicates it is varying degrees of genetic profile AND diabetes/central obesity.

RE: Testosterone Levels
I do Taoist exercises to increase libido. One of those is massaging the testicles, because the testicles are linked to the kidneys, and kidneys are linked to sexual health. Carefully shaking or banging the testicles helps too.

Jumping jacks improves libido. Running or jogging improves libido. Anything that lightly shakes your body up.

Foods: raw local honey, and raw local bee pollen. Eat beef or chicken kidneys, available at some Asian markets. Raw oysters. Avocados. Raspberry. Nutmeg.

Supplements: Zinc glutinate powder (pure), easy on this stuff, it is better to substitute with raw oysters.

Making lots of money is an aphrodisiac.

Being around young hot women improves libido. Screwing young hot women raw is probably the best thing for the libido. However they can also drain the potency of mens libidos easily, and that is a natural reason why they often sneak around and find other men to screw.
