Our own human biology: the testosterone-cortisol ratio
Have you ever heard of the testosterone-cortisol ratio? I´m spreading the message about the testosterone-cortisol ratio here because I know that thousands of people will read it and maybe finally change the course of humans by first changing our own biology.

If you talk that I´m talking nonsens, please just take a little of your extremely precious time on this very big planet by reading these studies.

All the knowledge summarized of the T-C ratio: https://www.researchgate.net/profile/Pra...77e697.pdf

How the T-C ratio changes the way you think/view/act by putting your brain into an ´older` evolutionary state : https://www.researchgate.net/profile/Dav...66a1b5.pdf

T-C ratio determines in companies how many subordinates you have under you, study by Harvard:
https://www.researchgate.net/profile/Rob...a99e42.pdf

Testosterone and Cortisol changes how 14 year old children in Gaza think about the conflict with Israël: http://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.10...6/abstract

The more testosterone circulating in your body, the less concerned you are likely to be about what other people think or feel. :
http://www.ergo-log.com/testosterone-mak...erent.html

What do you guys think about this? I already see that we humans want to go back to the ´old values` like the testosterone-cortisolratio. What if we united people from different blogs like Bold and Determined, Danger and Play, Rooshv, Johndoe Bodybuilding, Good Looking Loser, Return of kings, ... and knew everything about our biology so that not our biology sent us into a direction, but we sent our own biology into a direction chosen by us? It would really be an enormous victory, a new species of humans would be created, our consciousness finally could determine our biology instead of our biology determine our consciousness.

RE: Our own human biology: the testosterone-cortisol ratio
This piece of text comes from an article written by a reporter of the New York Times, Andrew Sullivan, he talks about the importance of testosterone and
that we as a society have forgotten/undermined/not acknowledged its importance/strength. Want to read more what he has to say? Here is the link: http://www.nytimes.com/2000/04/02/magazi...rmone.html

There are few things more challenging to the question of what the difference between men and women really is than to see the difference injected into your hip. Men and women differ biologically mainly because men produce 10 to 20 times as much testosterone as most women do, and this chemical, no one seriously disputes, profoundly affects physique, behavior, mood and self-understanding. To be sure, because human beings are also deeply socialized, the impact of this difference is refracted through the prism of our own history and culture. But biology, it is all too easy to forget, is at the root of this process. As more people use testosterone medically, as more use testosterone-based steroids in sports and recreation and as more research explores the behavioral effects of this chemical, the clearer the power of that biology is. It affects every aspect of our society, from high divorce rates and adolescent male violence to the exploding cults of bodybuilding and professional wrestling. It helps explain, perhaps better than any other single factor, why inequalities between men and women remain so frustratingly resilient in public and private life. This summer, when an easy-to-apply testosterone gel hits the market, and when more people experience the power of this chemical in their own bodies, its social importance, once merely implicit, may get even harder to ignore.

Testosterone-cortisol ratio is for about 75% genetically determined, but there are ´substances` like aromatase inhibitors, testosterone cypionate, ... that can get you ´above` ´your (shitty) genetics`and allow beautiful things to come into your life.

Be sure to read the link from Wikipedia about ´changing`, here a link and you can click on the video, see the video as though they want to tell you that you are changing the biology of your body (which in our day and age is entirely possible) : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Tutorial

Can someone please post that image where the dude takes creatine for the first time, smashes the cops and dies, only to be taken by Zyzz to heaven?

On a serious note, Cortisol is generated by muscles and the more muscle mass you have, the more you produce. The downside to this is your kidneys, which are affected by Cortisol by a significant margin. If you have underlying issues with your kidneys this is the last thing you need.

Tell them too much, they wouldn't understand; tell them what they know, they would yawn.
They have to move up by responding to challenges, not too easy not too hard, until they paused at what they always think is the end of the road for all time instead of a momentary break in an endless upward spiral

Testosterone is only a hormone hence not expensive for the body to produce. There must be a reason why the body limits its production.
