I think the UFC is just putting on too many shows which in turn waters down the talent for ppv cards. I hope they get rid of these FS1 fight nights.

Yeah, during the fight something seemed off with him and at the end it made sense. It was a weird event UFC 2010 with all that weigh-in bullshit (towelgate), Mousassi's knees on Weidman.
I'm kinda happy for Rumble. It's clear he doesn't want to get punched in the head for a living anymore so I'm glad he found a job that he would rather do. Although we will see less spectacular ko's from now on...

I'll take a BJJ "snoozefest", as you say, over the 99% of fights under 155lbs that are just sparring footsie sessions. Tonight was a rare exception though

I am glad they are letting him go out against Nate the Great instead of the monsters he has been up against lately.

Fyi for the 2 or 3 mma fans on this site, Matt Hughes was just hit by a train in his truck and was air lifted to the hospital. I haven't read much yet but it isn't looking good.
