OP, with enough SMV and the right body language you can make women approach you.

With high SMV and shitty body language you will barely see approaches. This is why many handsome men fail in game.

If you are a guy that is actually in the top 0.1% of looks, you will definitely be approached by women. Fitness models, actors and genetically gifted guys that take care of themselves well know that it’s definitely a thing.

I was a competitive swimmer year round all throughout high school and I’ve been into bodybuilding since I was 17, currently I’m 21, 6’1” 179 with 17.5” arms and around 7% body fat. I’ve also been paid to do modeling before and I have a few visible tattoos that help me out a lot with girls that like tattoos.

I probably get direct compliments during the day from girls at least every few days, to the point that I’ve been pretty desensitized to it. A lot of the time in my approaches when I go direct and compliment them I’ll get a surprised response and an immediate compliment or statement of interest from them.

I probably see it a bit more due to the fact that I’m in college and surrounded by horny 18-22 year old girls, but I’ve been cold approached a good amount of times at the gym, in my classes, studying on campus and out at parties.

The girls that flat out approach during the day are probably a range of 3-7, with the occasional super confident hot girl that will approach. Night game, I frequent house parties for the most part and have girls introduce themselves to me and even on a few occasions walk up and ask to feel my arms or something. Let me tell you a story from my past.

There was a guy I knew. He wasn't particularly tall, but tall enough, dark hair, light eyes, handsome. Men approaching women is not the same as women approaching men. Women just do it differently. To the point that most men won't even notice.

-She might flick her hair.
-She may make a shitty excuse to see you or talk to you.

-She complements you on your look during a conversation you already are having or you started.

It's not a waste of time if that's your personality and you want to do it. Game is a process. Making other women want to be with you, and refusing to chase women around, is not where you begin, it's where you end. You really need to get over this mindset, it's obviously affecting your sucess with women, as you said, they can probably sense it. Just accept the fact that you won't be fucking or dating top-tier women and get in where you fit in.

When I was fifteen the hottest girl in my school told me that she would date me if I wasn't so short, it was kind of a funny thing for her to say because she wasn't on my radar at all and I had no interest in dating her but she just threw it out there as we were in the same circle of friends. I'm glad it happened then, I didn't really give a shit because I was focused on other girls who weren't as hot as her and more in my range. That experience and watching my friends who were taller and better looking than me get hotter girls taught me some valuable life lessons when it comes to chasing women; you have to know your limits, choose your targets well and have reasonable expectations. Rejection sucks and it happens to all of us at some point but you can limit your exposure to it and the shitty feeling that comes along with it by staying in your lane.

Before I started learning game in 2011 I’d had four serious relationships. All of them were from the girls approaching me, but once I’d got the first night out of the way I could relax into it and be confident/take control

I’d say I’m a solid 7 looks wise (back then even an 8...I could have been a 9 if I’d have worked out but I didn’t, just average slim guy body)

Okay, fair enough, i agree with you, i'm not going to quit just because good looking guys have to put in next to no effort.

By the way, I'm 5'7 -- it's a disadvantage, yeah, but not a determining factor. Fortis above is like 5'8 too, if I remember correctly from his logs. He pulls solid weights and I'm sure he pulls equally solid chicks. Scotian is I believe even shorter. HankMoody is like 5'5 from what I remember and he posted tons of useful stuff for short guys (you are 5'10 -- you don't need it though, at least not above other flaws). And finally, there is DigitalNomad that probably tops the forum in terms of flags and great stories -- I don't remember when he stated his height, but I'm very sure he was below 6 feet tall.

Men are selective in terms of looks too -- you will find many girls with various complexes. Thing is that girls usually have it easier to get to a level where they are considered 7+ (for 90% it's just dropping the fucking fat layer). Most guys everywhere is far from the level you can get by lifting heavy, getting a solid career, life experiences, and fucking girls -- whether they are short and tall.
