It won't be as prolific as if you were in your 30s or even your early 40s so I think some realism is necessary but at the same time it's not hopeless by any means.

I'm on a Low-Carb, weightlifting and cold shower regimen. I'll see if it pays off.

50 is a female 37 if you are in shape - some hamsters get scared away by that age just as some run away when you say you are 40. But when they feel attracted to you, then they find excuses for dating a 40-50yo man.

Two things become more important as you age - your looks and your body-fat-muscle-ratio plus your finances.

There are so many women with daddy-issues that it's not impossible for a fit 50yo guy to get a constant stream of 25-30yo women.



Some guys dye their hair, others are shaving it, others like Berlusconi are getting hair-transplants or even artificial implants. The hamsters don't care so long as it looks real.


If you have some cash for fancy hormones, then that is also possible - first pic is Dr. Life aged 58, second him at age 64.



The only downside is that his face was too far gone and frankly it's not optimized - should shave his head and get a better tan, but he still is bangable likely to many 35 yo women.

I'm over 30 but still not 40. I have some noticeble greys on the sides so I'm bound to be fully white at your age. I don't like it, but it doesn't seem to kill my mojo at all. Sure I'm no Clooney or Richard Gere but some girls even compliment them.

Still, I know I guy, a litlle older than me, with a fully white head. Just recently he dyed his hair. I almost didn't reconized him. Really took a few years from his look. He looked really younger. So if that bothers you, just dye your hair.

That's what I thought when I saw him. If it ever bothers me I will dye it. But I pretty sure it never will. It just seems like too much trouble.

I met some successful 55-65yo men who were still fucking young girls on the side. A few of them were dying all the hair except for the classic sides.
This one guy got even teased by his 37yo wife about it and I knew for a fact that he banged 20yo girls - one of those charismatic intellectuals who are all smiles, but also have decent cash. Their main problem is not getting caught or not overdoing it - heh.



It's this look and most women don't even realize that this is obviously artificial for almost all 55yo men.

if you have low value in your mind then you are low value.
But if you keep in outstanding shape, have some cash for dating, are fun, flexible and spontaneous with women- then no issues. Have dated girls that have dated 58yr olds- they are 21.

Look, the reality is you will not be able to bang all the 18-29yr olds- but only a small portion will be attracted to older guys- same with Asian guys, black guys, bald guys, short guys, fat guys, etc.

Just keep up physically and keep limber. Consider TRT if you want to be in the top 90% in any room. Went from skinny fat, to adding 35lbs of muscle and taking off 25lbs of fat in a about 1 year. Went from some guy in the room to look at that guy.
GF loves going out with me- tons of women stare, take pics, gawk- its great- not even super jacked.
Grey hair- Have on the sides and goatee area- was cover it with a touch up powder but all the girls love the gray- BUT if you can dye your hair and it looks good- do it. I have a hard time with, as its redish and short so dye jobs all the time.

I am 44, in better shape (but can still get better) than most 20yr+ guys and regularly bang FWBs in the 22-28 yr range all with a open relationship with a 29yr old OLTR.
My trick is always be approaching and be in top shape- I try to work 10% harder or 10% smarter every year and I don't act old, just experienced- never preachy. most girls who have had older guys love the mentor aspect of the relationship- you just know so much more because you have lived.

Frankly I’ve had some of my hottest successes with women when i hit 50. And while i absolutely love a chicknjn athlete shape at 50 I’ve slept with girls 18-19-20 and beyond since hitting 50 as well - not butta’s either. I maintained an LTR with a 19 yo was 18 when we matched. Mind you I’m in the best shape of my life, and have always done fairly well, not sure how I’d categorize my game.
