Time is running fast and I don't know how it happened, but... society considers me as an 'old man' now!

But I still have plans and want to get girls, but pickup seems to be harder than ever.

Even if I approach younger girls, they perhaps consider me as an old creepy guy, right? And Club game would look ridiculous.

Now, what do you think? Has an old guy like me only chances with prostitutes?

No,unfortunately not. I was fully absorbed in business and family and didn't pay attention to my own development. But all that changed and I'm ready for my 'second life'.
All I've got to start with is a quite good health and good genes, so my muscles develop easily (when trained).

I'm 50 also so I'll tell you what I would do if I were you. Number one is to get into as good a physical shape as you can. FIX YOUR DIET first and foremost. Without any changes and attention to your diet, you will simply be spinning your wheels. Then get lifting and do some cardio to get your heart in shape. TRT can also help immensely with all of this so I would get tested and get on a TRT regimine.

Next would be to work on your style: hair style, teeth, clothes. As you get into better shape, you should be able to have more form fitting clothes that look stylish. Search around the forum, there's a few threads on style. Don't be afraid to dress in a bolder, younger style if you can pull it off. When I go out which is quite often actually, I always try to dress stylishly and boldly in a way that most guys don't at all. It does work to get IOIs.

As you start looking better on the outside, you'll start feeling better about yourself on the inside which you'll need if you're going to start gaming younger women. It'll take time for sure but that's ok, the self improvement alone is worth it minus the game effect. Search that 40+ thread, the style threads, the TRT threads and if I were you, I would get on that Seeking website (used to be SA) and you'll have a lot of younger girls there looking for older men. There's even a Seeking thread on the Newbie sub section. Let us know how you progress but there is life in your 50s. It won't be as prolific as if you were in your 30s or even your early 40s so I think some realism is necessary but at the same time it's not hopeless by any means.

I know of a man with a full head of white hair, is in decent shape, great smile, charming as fuck, funny as fuck, successful as fuck, and crushes when approaching hotties.

We've met a few times, I'd say I know him a pretty decent amount, oh and did I mention he's a forum member? Quite a few guys know him as well.

Like guys have said, get in shape, dress well, sharpen your game skills and you wont have any problems pulling women.

The first guy is Gianluca Vacchi, basically the older Italian version of Dan Bilzerian. He's also a dj, saw him Miami a few months ago at a club ( see 50 yr olds can still go to clubs although I was 49 at the time). My guess is that he not just doing TRT, he's probably on some exotic steroid/growth hormone cocktail similar to Stallone. Still looks good though but probably a bit unrealistic for most 50 yr olds just doing TRT, working out and eating right. You don't need to look like him though to still look good at 50 and pick up some younger tail.

Some excellent advice so far in the thread. To add:

The first thing I would recommend is get your frame as close to unbreakable as possible. Make no mistake: if you are approaching random younger women (especially in western societies), you are going to getting shit tested, and often worse, outright disrespected. You have to genuinely ask yourself if you are ready to take the psychological punches to your ego that are going to come with this game. Based on your posts, I am sensing a European background. Hopefully you are able to easily cast aside all the societal programming that runs amok over there and absorb, as well as internalize, a strong red pill worldview.

Further, your game should always be better than hers. Always. If your game isn't better than hers and you are getting led around or are easily manipulated, you have work to do on your game.

Lastly, you should understand what any particular woman wants from you and then decide if you want to offer that to her. In no particular order many want: sexual dominance, sponsorship, quality man to show off to her friends, validation from a man of higher class, an exotic foreigner. As an older man, a younger woman is naturally going to want to know what you are bringing to the party that she can't get from her peers. Once you develop them, your experiences and instincts will help you to quickly figure out what her needs are that you can fill - if you so choose.

I have mostly grey hair and I am 38.

Most girls think I just have a good salon where they frost my tips or give me a good ombre or some shit.

@laner - agreed bro. I don't know where this irrational fear of grey hair comes from in men. At worst, women simply don't give a shit, and at best they love it and even fetishise it.

Yes, which stereotype one matches is another important question. I think Roosh said it somewhere, that eastern women are more into male core values (Daniel Craig, Steve McQueen etc.) and western women more into the type of entertaining monkey.
I'm living between east and west :-)

At the moment I'm testing "western" style, e.g. growing my grey hair long to form a little pigtail. That's my attempt peacocking and to differentiate from the crowd - although I personally feel rather more attracted just showing male core values without being fancy.
