Burt and I would get along well because we're both nationalists period. I don't think he would hate me because I'm non-European. I truly believe that.

Here is Burt Reynolds playing Quint Asper on Gunsmoke. He played a half-white and half-Comanche blacksmith. He was on for a few seasons.





There's a lot of "toxic masculinity" on Gunsmoke. And that same "toxic masculinity" kept it on the TV for 20 seasons and over 600 episodes.

Very interesting clip. Never saw the movie. But I recognize downtown Atlanta, at least the Westing hotel (cylinder building) and CNN Center. In that aerial shot, there is no Ga Pacific, 191, SunTrust, Centenial Park, not even the Georgia Dome which has already been torn down!

Its worth watching. Really well done for the time period.


At the time that round building was the Peachtree Plaza. It was by far the tallest bulding in Atlanta.

At the end of the movie one of the villains gets blown away and goes out the window.
